United StatesDue to COVID restrictions, the complimentary buffet breakfast was not available. A breakfast sack was given instead. It contained an orange, a cup of yogurt and a granola bar. I know this was not the hotel's fault, but it was still disappointing.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The ambience and decor were pretty and inviting. Everything in the hotel was clean. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location. I felt the price was a good value for the room and facilities.

United StatesBed was little to hard for my liking. Breakfast grab bags sucked. This was the only place in my 3 days stay that mandated masks inside besides the government buildings. Even our other hotel in Harrisburg had their continental breakfast running!!

United StatesVirtually none of the services were operating supposedly due to Covid. No bar or breakfast buffet or pool or anything. One complaint is that on the day of my arrival, I watched one of the maintenance people taking a cart of trash out. A bag fell out of the cart and burst open onto the sidewalk on the backside of the building. A large pile of some thick liquid remained on the sidewalk for the entire length of my stay until it was mostly washed away by the rain. No one picked up the bag of trash nor cleaned up the mess. I walked by it every single day going to my vehicle for work. Pretty disgusting.
Very well-maintained and clean property. Modern decor.

United States"Covid" cold snack to go was a very poor substitute for a hot breakfast, which was the original intent. Since masks were required in common areas, why was a hot breakfast eliminated. Also, despite an overall very nice, clean, modern inside environment the elevator carpets were very shabby and really hurt the overall impression of the hotel, which otherwise is excellent.
Rooms were big, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location is quiet and easy to commute to/from.

Location was perfect for us while attending an anniversary party in that area; from hotel to the event to a casino - all within 3 to 5 mins of each location, plus bonus of valley forge historical park 2 mins up the road. Room was spacious with a pullout sofa, if needed (up to 4 people). microwave and small fridge. The king size bed was oh-so-lovely to sleep in.!! Because of covid-19 breakfast was a "grab n go" bag, not a buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful!

United StatesThere was a large white trash bag in the hallway when we checked in on our floor in front of a room that looked like splattered blood in it It stayed there until we left that was nasty There was dirty linens on the hallway floor as well but they were removed but the trash bag remained there ALSO no hot water to take shower Sunday morning When I spoke to staff she said “ you have to let the water run for 20 minutes and it will heat up… nope it did not! Also she said no housecleaning there to remove trash bag in the hallway Been to lots of Marriot hotels Very disappointed

United StatesWhere do I begin? The facility had no hot water. The woman at the front desk told me to "crank the heat in the room when I get a cold shower." We got put next to a group of rooms blocked off for a youth football team. So, late night noise and early morning noise. Couldn't get to breakfast because it was noisy and packed. So we ate elsewhere. Oh and the manager was offering the families of the sports team a refund due to no hot water. I got nothing and we had a function to attend and needed showers. Nothing like a frigid shower where you huddle in the corner and try to wash your hair.

ItalyOver a 14 days stay, they came to clean the room only once. I told the receptionist during check out and she said " you have to ask if you want the room to be cleaned". Ridiculous. No one told me during check-in. She just found an excuse to cover the fact that they are short staffed. There are many hotels around with similar prices and with daily room service. Avoid this hotel.
The room was decent. Shower was OK. I did not try their breakfast.
