They were under construction so there wasn’t an ice machine on the 2nd or 3rd floor. And I could see the light under my room door, by a solid inch. But the rooms were clean and great space.

I thought it was closer to the downtown area, it was about a 18/20min drive. So if you’re looking to fish at the pier at Cole park, goto the two story whataburger, or things in that area, it’s a bit of a drive to and from. It’s about 45mins-1hr to Port A also.

The a/c in the hallway on the 3rd floor was out and felt like a sauna, and the carpet had rips in it which my wife and child stepped on what looked like a staple that was supposed to be under the carpet but there was carpet missing exposing it. I know it’s nature but mosquitoes would attack you as soon as you walked into the lobby head out to the vehicle my daughter was bitten multiple times in the face, figured they would treat for that best as possible but doesn’t seem like it.

The bathroom shower had not been cleaned, I took a shower with a strangers hair stuck to the walls!! 🤢 The remote to the TV did not work and they told me to download an app that also didnt work, the WIFI was horrible (but free) and there iso8 cobwebs in the

The initial room I was put in had rodent fecal matter across the wet bar counter top and smelled like urine.

It was a wonderful trip down to the beach to see the solar eclipse and ring of fire with my family. The people in the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The key would not open the door, so went to the desk to report it and the lady came right away with a computer on a rolling cart and fixed it which took several minutes. She was nice and made it happen.

The facilities are somewhat damaged, the bathtub is rusty, the cabinet to put the towels was dirty and the coating was falling off, the bathroom door was very damaged on the inside bottom part as if a dog had bitten it, the general cleaning is not good , the beds looked like there was a lot of trash down, the key reader to access from the pool to the hotel does not work so you have to access the parking lot and go around to enter through the lobby

When you travel with pets you will be assigned a room on the first floor with very easy access from the parking lot.

The address on Google doesn't take you to the hotel. The address on booking.com is also wrong. It takes you about 5 miles down the road. After 13 hour shift this was not pleasant.

Staff was very patient with the location issues. Very relatable and moved fast to get people checked in. Room was very clean.

Spent two nights here for business. Location good. Room was very clean. It was my first time in the area and I had several questions. Isaiah at the front desk was extremely helpful.😁 Would stay here again.
