Pillows were hard and lumpy! Stay was ok but the fee for early check in was excessive so we waited.

The wifi did not work and the staff did not tell or apologize to us for the inconvenience. We only knew because of a sign at the front desk. One of our reasons to book this hotel was that it said it includes breakfast, but it was only some packaged muffins or waffles and a small variety of cerials, which made it look more like a little snackbar and nothing you can call breakfast in my opinion. And the machine for getting juice didn't work either.

The hotel is close to the airport, so you can get there very fast. Also, the bed was quite comfortable.

No extras. No Closet, No dressers. Where does one put their clothes??? Almost like a pay by the hour motel. Construction on other rooms going on. Neighborhood looked sketchy. Read a lot of comments about bedbugs. I slept in my car the first night because I was scared the room had bedbugs. I don't think I experienced any although I had a couple of neck bites. Could have been mosquitos. Won't ever stay at this hotel or any other La Quinta Inns in Tampa again.

Room was clean. Looked like there were new floors and a barn door for the bathroom. That's the only positive comment I can give.

Made 2 trips back to the front deak after checkin because the keycard didnt work. Lock was dead(which my son had to tell her. She wanted to program cards again) so needed to change rooms. WiFi didnt work, 3 guests/2towels and the front deak said tthey didnt have any more. New bathroom sliding barn door did not close all the way. Pictutrs online were not representative of the hotel.

Room keys wouldn’t work . Went back and forth to the front desk 4 times . The front desk assistant had to open the door with their key . Then there was a major stain on the mattress that looked gross.

it was ok for a man to stay 1 night before an early flight. I would not feel safe their with my family. Hopefully it will be better after renovation

Room was good size and clean but the wifi was not working this was big negative.and the surrounding area was littered with containers and the dirty back of the IHOP

breakfast was serve yourself simple pastries or porridge some waffles and toast available with yogurts. Very simple but much as expected. Airport shuttle was excellent and good reason to book.

No wifi. From the age and appearance of the signage, it didn't appear to be a recent outage. I don't think it has worked for a very long time.

The hotel is dated and is currently under renovation in most rooms.. the room I was in was newly renovated however, there was still damaged walls and paint. THE ROOM HAS NO PHONE & THERE WAS NO WIFI It was a rushed job. Coffee machine in the room was dated as well. And the breakfast was absolutely HORRIBLE.

There was no closet but I only stayed for one night. The wifi was down which was inconvenient for checking in for flight and downloading your boarding pass but I believe it was just temporary and only for my visit. The shuttle is shared with the Ramada hotel so you have to give yourself an extra hour. For example my flight was at 7:00 but I couldn't take a 5 a.m. because it ran every hour so I had to take the 4:30, something to keep in mind.

The hotel was very clean, with a microwave and fridge. I appreciated the Dove soap. The shuttle was on time. Very conveniently located to a car rental place where you can drop it off and you can walk over to your hotel, a major plus if considering staying long term and not worrying about dropping your car off at the airport and then catching a flight. There were plenty of places to eat along the area (the IHOP is not worth the time). TV is compatible with Firestick or Roku.

The WiFi was not working. And the shower curtain could use replacing, there was mold on the bottom of it.

First there are cockroaches, the air conditioning seems like the filter is dirty because it causes allergies, and lastly they charged me 100 dollars from my card when I arrived With the promise of a refunded me anything on the contrary they charged me 100 dollars plus 200. I called to complain and the person Who answered said calle back and I still waiting.

No internet. Floor rug was dirty Pillows felt like they were stuffed with paper. I have stayed at other La Quinta Inns and they have been good experiences. This one was not😩!

they are doing construction and were pounding on our ceiling at 830 in the morning. hotel is showing its age and is more of a motel rather than what I consider a hotel

We arrived at 9 AM couldn’t check into our room until 2. Under construction, it was a mess.

Staff was nice, loved they had free transportation to and from airport. Also offered transportation to cruise port. (For a small fee)
