Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Talked with front desk and we're apologetic and said they would refund half my bill for the night and asked for pics to send to corporate. Called them a week later to check status and was told that they'd reimburse me $20. I said no thanks. Beware of faulty equipment. We could see where it was attempted to repair before and it should have been replaced

United StatesThere was a few homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Hotel seems old and not up to a Wyndham standard. The tub didn’t drain for several minutes and the floor had paint stains on it. The beds are very small. TV would not even turn on. They tried to do updates but they aren’t done well.
The room was clean for what it was! When we checked inn late at night the man at the counter was very nice and clerk in the morning was also very nice.

United StatesMy bathroom toilet was stopped up I contacted the front desk and was advised that someone would come to fix it within 30 minutes from 4am until check out no one ever came we had to go to lobby restroom until the door was locked and front desk had no key to unlock it. This was very inconvenient and unacceptable.
