The manger and staff lied and said I didn’t pay for these days kicked me out and haven’t refunded me my money. they said I threatened them by saying my kids are getting dropped of soon (two 7year olds and 3year old) called the cops and lied saying a staff in my room with me( never had staff in my room) seen a gun on me which was my torch lighter so I was immediately put in handcuffs exiting the motel. Now I’m out 300$ and can’t even go on the property to retrieve it.

The doors “slam” when closed and the noise from other doors “slamming” is slightly annoying especially in the morning when guests are leaving early. I thought the nightly price was expensive considering the city/town is in the middle of a rural area.

The breakfast was good with choices of hot food, yogurt, and fruit. The room was large and comfortable (2 queen beds and a sofa). The staff members were friendly. The hotel looked like it was recently built — super clean with new furniture.

Pillow was too soft but it wasn't that big deal.

We come to Lodi due to annual events, and first time staying this hotel. Hotel was very clean, spacious room, bedding were very soft, nice and cozy! Breakfast was good, plenty of seats and tables too. Location is good, close enough to get to most of the main places. Would definitely stay here again :)

When booking, we booked on the statement that there was a pool. The pool was not in operation. You had to request your room be cleaned and restocked with towels and so forth, otherwise only done every 3 days. Read the fine print for extra fees. Most of the time there wasn't anyone at the front desk if you needed fresh towels or toilet paper. If you got someone on the phone, you had to go get the supplies yourself some of the time.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

The pool was closed for remodel, and the lobby was also under construction. Both should have been mentioned before booking, since it was a main consideration for our daughter. The rooms were already overpriced for this type of hotel, but then you add in the closed pool and construction, plus the lack of cleanliness. Hmmm...very disappointing.

Location was convenient, near the freeway yet not adjacent to it. Also, it was nice to have open space and a vineyard to look at out the windows.

The extra cost for checking in at noon. When i called to let the hotel to let them know i was coming in. They didn't mention a cost. I was there for a funeral and had a long 7hr drive. Needed to clean up before attending so i didn't have a choice but to pay the fee.

The breakfast was great. However only serving til 9am on a weekend isn't fair.

They were under construction, wasnt told that they were while booking so the pool was closed ,husband left is shirt in closet we noticed 1 hr after we left called them they couldn't find it

the pool was closed even though it said it was open and I was told it had been closed for months. Also house keeping came into our room at 9:15 to try and clean even though we were not on the list of rooms for them to clean. my husband was naked getting in the shower.
