I did not like the visible surveillance cameras in the lobby, it looked very nosy. In my room I did not have a working hair dryer which was a little frustrating. It was also a bit dark in the room, especially the bathroom.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I enjoyed the fan strength, the ac worked very well and that made me very satisfied. I liked how soft the bed was and the sheets used. I also liked the towels and the soap.

Clearly the track of the tub enclosure had not been cleaned after the last several stays. We were buzzed in but someone from the street was able to enter behind us and only did not board our elevator (he tried) because we moved quickly.

Shower head didn't offer much force. Not enough plugs for all our electronics (bring a surge). No close restaurants.

A bit off beaten path. Very close to popular Olvera Street and Union Station. Room was clean and comfortable. TV offered many stations. Check-in was okay, a bit slow. Expect to return to your car to place parking ticket on dash.

I like that this location is close to the Union Station where you can move around the city to save money. The room was clean, it had all the necessities that one can expect. I was not expecting the room to be luxurious since I was always out exploring the city.

No amenities at all, but perhaps that's why the price is much more affordable. Though they did have coffee available at the reception desk. Could use a microwave and more outlets in the room. Water pressure was poor, especially noticed while using the shower

The price and location to the train station is why I picked Metro. It has the potential to be better once their construction phase is over. Room we stayed in had recently been upgraded.

The hotel is good as a travellers hotel, however its location near to Union station makes it situated in a less desirable part of town. However there are no safety concerns and the staff are helpful.

The hotel is very well located for acces to Union Station. The room was large, clean, well lit, and the bed comfortable. All facilities were available. The reception was very helpful allowing me to check in early and on departure leave my bags for collection later. Having stayed there previously I was familiar with the hotel and it has maintained its standard. Chinese restaurants close by.

If you ask the stuff about something the answer maybe wrong. We asked about supermarket near the hotel. They said how to go but there were no supermarket. And by the way-if you want to it better to go to Bus and Train Station. There are some that open also after 18 pm.

Good place to overnight. Easy to get from airport, just take Fiy Away Bus and 7-10 minutes walk. Train Stion and Bus Station also near. The stop of Flix Bus in 5 minutes walk( attention-this stop is not on a Bus Station!)

The bed was good and the room was clean. It was a little bit noisy from outside cause due to the Windows, wich should be renewed. But I had sleeped very well. The bathroom was also clean and had everything i needed. My room had a nice view towards the skyline and the hotel is close to the Union Station so you can get everywhere with good conections. A small Shop to buy some drinks and food is only a few steps away, right at the corner of the house. i enjoyed my stay there and would book the hotel again. Be aware that there was an anoucement that there will be construcion work at the hotel beginning in May 2024.

Facilities quite run down—carpeting old and stained. Apparently under renovation in areas. There were not enough lights in room, and only one outlet for charging phone, etc.—had to unplug a lamp to be able to use that one.

Location was the best possible for catching the train at Union Station. The room was clean, reasonably quiet, and spacious. There was a mini refrigerator.

Well, building has been going thru an upgrade for over a year now, and I really like the remodeled portion. looks like they have a ways to go before finishing. that said, rooms could use more electrical outlets. the caulking in the shower stalls need to be looked at, starting to see separation along caulk lines. didn't seem to be much pressure at the shower heads. would be really nice to have a microwave in the rooms
