Just like everyone else in Indianapolis because of the eclipse this place was price gouging. A room that on another day would have been at best $50 was well over $200.

It's a non-smoking hotel but I nearly got a contact high from the smell of weed thru out the hotel when I checked in, which I can only assume is because there are no staff available after a certain time because I was checked in by basically a Zoom call. My room was supposed to have a queen bed and it was closer to a full size. Also there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub. By the time it was full, it was basically luke warm.

I wish there was a refrigerator to keep milk and juice in that there was ice in the lounge and you could get a small cooler but there was an inconvenience that wasn’t necessary

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I wasn’t looking for a large room with entertaining something comfortable in the lodging were always kept tidy and especially in the lobby. Only thing I wish there were a refrigerator and coffee maker. They did have a coffee maker in the lounge if you’re looking for Something comfortable at a reasonable rate it means expectations. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

My room was freezing COLD! Although the thermostat is mounted on the wall the heater is wall mounted and the gaps and cracks around the unit is laughable! I had to use all the towels and my luggage to block out the wind blowing in from outside. I had to put my shoes and clothes back on, get in the bed, under the covers and crank the heat to 78 and I woke up from a dream that I was outside in Montana. My sleep was broken at best.

Small deposit which was returned in the time frame quoted.

Close to the roadway in the basic queen room I was in. Could hear loud vehicles all night. As I’m a picky sleeper, I slept awful.

Staff were nice and the room was a complete shock. Wayyyy more modern/sleek than I expected it to be. AC worked and shower was fine.

Check in was done through a kiosk. This is more personal preference I guess, but I thought it was kind of cold and unwelcoming. The bed was like sleeping on a board. Not very comfortable but for one night I'd stay there again.

The room was clean. The shade covered the entire window. Total blackout in the room to sleep. The lighting was cool; the room. Was lit by strip lights under the bed and behind the headboard. And each side of the bed had its own lamp. The TV was larger than I expected. Honestly it felt like staying in a studio apartment.

The piece in front of the window to sit on was ripped and had so many stains. Had to push it up against the wall or i would have thrown up. No shampoo or conditioner. The soap is sooo cheap. They left the hallway windows open with no screens. Could not open windows because no screen. Pillows were like paper. Coffee is only available until 10a. Housekeeping knocking on the door at 10a when I was trying to get ready. Wasn't checkout day.

The location is great. Water pressure was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Comforter was nice. AC worked too well, 74 was great. Bathroom size was good. Enough plugs everywhere. Instant coffee is available until 10a. Hallway is wide. Parking lot is good. Non-smoking.

We were welcomed by a receptionist on a screen. We wondered whether it was an AI reconstruction or real. But fair enough, it worked well, and fast. And it was a special experience :-)! The price adds to the quality of the room. We had a good night sleep, good internet, good shower, excellent television and good bed

coffee, there is a Nescafé coffee machine and it was empty. when it was filled there was no cups. so I found a cups and got a dilute cup of coffee grounds! please by a coffee pot

I didn’t like that housekeeping knocked on my door a bunch of times and let themselves in when I was sleeping. I had told the front desk in night shift and didn’t want to be bothered. thankfully there’s a extra latch that doesn’t allow them to come in. I also asked for extra blankets or pillows or even silverware of any kind they denied all so make sure to bring your own. ALSO ‼️there’s is no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms not even for an extra cost unless you get their biggest double bed rooms! Ik this booking said for a extra cost per request. it is wrong. bed was pretty but extremely hard. back was killing me after two days

I liked the modern look, reminded me of a cozy apartment inside the rooms. outside the room not so much. I liked that the ac worked and it was a Better area than my other options.
