We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe shower has no place to sit any toiletries. It does have their pump shampoo, conditioner, and soap mounted to the wall, but if you want to use your own, there is no place to put them. You either need to sit them on the shower floor or on the counter outside of the shower, which would require opening the glass door to access.
The hotel is nice & clean. It's close to the Gateway airport, shopping, and lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The room size was decent.

They are always willing to drive me to the airport in a moments notice and even if I forget to call the night before for a time they will hurry and get the van back to take me to the airport.

Easy access to the airport, wonderful dinner options and cocktails available for purchase for reasonable prices. The bed was super comfy but I like soft beds. Love that you have to put the key into a holder to keep the lights on to ensure no electricity is being wasted.

Staff is friendly, easy communication. Like theres some food available and small bar. Airport shuttle is a plus, as is leaving your car there for short flights. clean nice rooms.
