Had to change rooms twice due to mold and cleanliness floors was dirty sink and toilet wasn’t cleaned properly but manger tried to her to make up for it

The toilet overflowed and every time they came in just unstopped it but stuff be all over the floor. Then microwave was broke. They didn’t give us a new microwave until the day before we were supposed to leave. Then everyone spoke Spanish. Even front desk spoke little English. Felt like I was in a foreign country. I guess I should’ve brushed up on my Spanish before coming. It was a little inconvenient though. Breakfast bar wasn’t worth it. I guess something was better than nothing though.

Maybe extend breakfast hours since there were too many guests in line, I remember it used to be 7 to 10 a a few years ago. Desks and tables in the room are scratched, maybe they need to paint them or restore them. The carpets in the halls could get a brighter color so the whole place looks more illuminated and with a sense of cleaning. Tv remote didn't work.

Location, parking, swimming pool, lobby and dining areas are great! Beds, sheets and pillows felt very clean and fresh. Breakfast is great!

Hotel shuttle took extremely long, we waited for almost 2 hrs, had to find information at the airport to call the hotel because the shuttle never passed, when I call they said next shuttle is at 10pm and we arrived since 7.10pm but thankfully while I was on this call my relative said they have the shuttle waiting for me because I was not waiting on another. Checkin they couldn't find our booking that we paid for on this website but she did a work around and apologized for the wait, got a room upgrade from a king to 2 double beds. I've stayed at this hotel many times pre pandemic which is why I decided to stay here again but dont fancy their changes. The colour of the hotel is a little drab and not too welcoming, the change out from carpet to a kinda black and white floorboard I understand it for them but for the customer makes you wonder how often they clean, had a corner with some dust in the room. Missed the table and chair they use to have in the room so there's a bit of an awkward empty space. Change out from curtains to blinds didn't like either. Gives a basic impression. Because of the dust and a couple bugs we noticed, we were a little skeptical abt sleeping in the beds. Very small soaps offered. No sign on door if you want to refuse housekeeping. The water kept overflowing/dripping on to the floor from the counter where the sink is and walking up and down made the floor wet and dirty.

Breakfast was nice, price was good but you get what you pay for.

There is plenty of room for improvement at the reception/check-in. One particular employee at the reception/check-in looked very uninterested (borderline rude) in questions or requests by guests, which made interactions with her very unpleasant and awkward. This concerns only one employee, as the other receptionists were very kind and professional. Also, breakfast starts at 7hAM, at the same time that the first hotel shuttle goes to the MIA Airport; that means that ones who needs to take the first shuttle for a morning flight will need to miss the breakfast. A suggestion would be to start breakfast at 6h30 AM, in order to allow the riders of the first shuttle to eat something before they leave.

The internet connection didn’t work in my room on the 3rd floor. To work or to do my video calls I needed to go to the lobby (even in the lobby the wifi was very poor). In business trip internet is very important. Another thing is that the pool should close at 10pm but people were in the pool late (until midnight or later) making noise (I stayed in a swimming pool view) it was hard to get some sleep after a busy day. I’ve stayed in many Quality inn hotels in the US but this one is the worst one. I do not recommend.

My room was relatively clean but there was hair everywhere. It was low budget for almost $200 USD for a single night. Crazy

the room was very outdated and small. the beds were in need of new mattresses and the feel was not that of one belonging to an actual choice hotel especially for a rewards member. it felt more like a motel 6
