Our room had a bit of a musty smell to it and the rooms are outdated but there is construction going on at the moment so hopefully some upgrades are being done.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to the Orange County Convention Centre and many restaurants. Pools were great - very clean, with many lounge chairs and towels available. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We liked the exterior entry.

The heater didn’t work as well as I personally needed but that didn’t really detract much from the hotel. My room Was on block F so I had a very very long walk to the front daily cause it is a really large hotel.

Hotel was good value for money. Bed is very comfortable. The hot water was great pressure and very easily warmed. Microwave was very good and I liked the simple mini fridge that kept my food items cool. The hotel is central so every thing I needed was close by. That was convenient to say the least.

Sound proofing from outside noise could have been better.

Room was good, beds were comfortable. I stayed at 9th floor so a pretty good view aswell. Close to a lot of things if you are in to that. Property feels safe since parking and so on is guarded.

wait time at check was too long , perhaps ..some staff was on break , need better system of guidance to your room , for example , my room was 4013 , you follow the signage 4000 to 4016 , well when you follow it , door 4011 , 4012 , 4014 ,4016 ....well , now what , i'm i on the wrong floor or building , you need signage to direct guest to the missing room number , another guest saw that i was lost , and said good luck finding your room , they told my to go the other side , if it where not for them , i would have had to take that long walk back to front desk , being on the 10th floor

The room I stayed had the door problem which didn't open even with the key card. The location is fine but I felt this is bit pricey for me since I was on a Solo trip. They charge for package receiving which was a bit odd but not a lot. Public transport was a bit of a mess but that applies to the whole of Orlando and not jus this hotel. Apart from that I absolutely loved the place. They pretty much have everything which was great.

Great stay, I booked for my solo trip to Orlando themed around a couple of theme parks and this stay came at the perfect location for both the attractions I wanted to visit. They have 3 restaurants(paid) that work on different times and their food is affordable too. I had the unlimited morning breakfast buffet for 3 days and they were so tasty and filling where they had multiple options to choose from. The pretty much have everything inside ATM(with a fee), Pools, Arcade games, package/post management(with a fee) and 24x7 Deli. Overall loved the place and they had super friendly staffs and entertain late checking and free luggage storage. Bonus perk: they have early entrance for some of the theme parks with paid/free busses to some of them.

Coffee selection in little store could be better

We stayed for one night with family, booked two rooms. The check in took a little while but not too bad. Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking on site. Even though we had one booking, the two rooms were very far from each other, in different buildings, which was disappointing as we traveled with two elderly ladies and thought we would be close by. But it was just one night so we didn't complain. There is a restaurant on site and it was very good with excellent service and good value. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the mall with plenty of entertainment, bars and restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated, more like a vintage motel style. But they were reasonably clean and everything worked. The checkout was as simple as dropping the key card into the box and we were on our way. Good value and enjoyable stay.

The check in process could have gone better, it took over an hour to check in, which was frustrating after a long flight. this location definitely needs more front desk staff. I was also frustrated that upon arrival I was told my reservation was canceled. But the staff was able to accommodate me. the hotel is also under construction, so I had to walk a lot to get to my room from the elevator on the other side of the building. I was asked what floor I wanted, I requested a low floor and was given the top floor, so I felt like the girl at the front desk really was not listening to me.

The room was exactly as pictured on the app. the staff was friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the location. the room was clean and comfortable.
