Chips of porcelain needed fixing on the tub. Room had a smell? We were told there would be omlets, but not that day. Biscuits and gravy, bacon, waffles, yogurt, toast, etc.. It was good, but wanted an omlet!

Decor needs updating - so much brown! Air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy.

Location was really good, easy walk into downtown. Breakfast meant the rates were good value for money. Didn't use the pool but it's always nice to have the option.

The faucet in the bathroom shower was caked with mold inside the faucet handle. Should be easy enough to pop that out once in a while and clean it. It was disgusting. Also, drain in bathroom sink, could have been shined up a bit.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean didn't like the egg omlette. didn't tast like egg. other than that, there was a good selection and nice to have breakfast included.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy.

Breakfast was very good - much better than your competitors. The food items were freshened regularly. Would have liked regular sized napkins instead of cocktail napkins. :-( The location was so convenient. Easy to walk to town and the steak house next door was great!

On 6/23, as I was checking out, I observed an interation between a heavily tattooed young male employee at front desk and a woman customer trying to check in. The employee was dismissive, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The issue could probably have been resolved with a call to the Manager/owner. This employee also quoted a company policy that just didn't seem feasible...that for a prepaid multiday room reservation if you didnt show for the first night you forfeited the room and your payment for the remaining days of the reservation. The customer also told this employee that she had informed the manager in advance that she was not coming the first night and had his name and contact info for verification. The employee said this manager was unavailable and there was nothing he could or would do and that a6he could call the corporate office if she wanted to pursue this. This was undoubtedly one of the worst customer interactions I have witnessed in years. And I am not sure retraining will help because I don't think the employee is particularly interested in this job or wants to keep it.

The coffee could have been stronger.

This hotel was just off the freeway so it was easy to access and within walking distance to town. There was plenty of parking and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly however, we didn't see much of them. We did not have breakfast but the breakfast room and food were nice. You could make your own waffles if you wanted to.

Right next to freeway - room we were given faced traffic. Also 1st floor rooms are pretty gloomy. Would request room at back of property next time that does not face traffic.

Our door needed a little extra push to stay closed and the key cards required a couple extra swipes to open the door.

The building is a little older, but we'll cared for and nice and clean. The breakfast had lots of selections and the location was great.

The basement. I was in for 3 nights. The first night was pretty busy, but the next two weren’t - you could have been more equitable with the allocation.

Mine was a gloomy basement room. But at least it had a highway next door so I could get to sleep counting cars going past. Not exactly a glamorous hotel but clean and tidy enough.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a full kitchen in the unit. It was conveniently located to an exit door which was greatly appreciated. I had my dog with me and the proximity of the external door allowed me to manage him with minimal interactions with other guests.

Very few people stayed in the hotel when we did so not many rooms were occupied. Yet the room we received was at the front of the building with lots of early morning traffic noise. It would have been nice to get a room on the quiet side.

Good breakfast with many choices. Friendly staff. Walking distance to downtown.
