The rooms heat didn’t seem to work…

Great location! Only a few steps from the arena where we attended a concert!

Wasn’t happy to find out there was a breakfast in the lobby I’d missed out on. Front desk agent never mentioned it and didn’t see anything mentioned about it either. Couldn’t use my shower since the entire handheld thing fell apart in my hands and wouldn’t stay on the wall. I was also disappointed at check in when I waited behind a guest making a complaint and asking for a room change. As someone who worked in 4-5 Diamond hotels, I was biting my tongue so HARD as the agent fumbled and failed the guest recovery… Unrelated to my stay, but an observation to coach her for the future. Noise complaints that are your fault (maintenance at 10 pm??) should never result in telling a guest they’ll be charged MORE MONEY for a room change cause there are no other ones available in that room class. I about fell over!

Facilities - There wasn't a curtain on the window blocking the sun. As a result, the room temperature was unbearable during the day and it was impossible to sleep after sunrise. No water in the room.

No room service. Was there for the marathon and made it difficult to get food. Chop House was very expensive. Then the hotel charged me twice on my credit card. Trying to get that fix. I can use the phone as I'm deaf so need their email to let them know. Very frustrating.

the breakfast is not that much I suggest if you can add fresh cooked food at least egg and pancake.

First of all, there was a extremely loud rumble/machine noise above us all night long.(we were on top 6th floor - so possibly air conditioner units?). I had a very hard time getting to sleep, sounded like a plane taking off. If I had known this noise would persist all night, I would have requested a different room. Also we came down to breakfast at 9:00 and no warm bfast was available. No fruit, no yogurt. Just cereal, bagels and toast. So we had juice, cereal and coffee. If advertised open till 9:30, there should have been more available.

I picked this hotel because it was very close to the convention center for concert - very short walk next door. Free parking!!!!

the Ada bathroom was inconvenient with no towel racks and no place to place toiletries

A selection of creamers for coffee in the room.

Salsa or picante sauce for the eggs would be a great option rather than just Tabasco sauce. Also, cheese for the eggs for added protein.

Nothing

First, a suite with two large-screen TVs was a real treat. It gave me a place to sip coffee in the morning while I watched the news. Secondly, my beautiful view of the river was amazing! Not only was it pretty to look at, but the view beckoned me outside to take a long walk on the river trail. The lobby is beautiful, and the staff was also very friendly.

this hotel is steps away from Vibrant Arena, no need to worry about where to park, walk out the hotel and right into the arena! Pool was not warming so unable to use. Walked to Dead Poet Espresso, great little coffee shop.
