I did not confirm whether the property renovations were complete , but I would suggest the glass slider doors be upgraded in general and to block the noise from the pool area on weekends. Also a towel rack and better vanity sink lighting seemed needed to us . I would return for a short stay and I plan to return to the restaurant

Another Nice renovation of an older motel-style Palm Springs property. Location in a quiet area, yet close to downtown and Indian canyon . Great area to explore by jumping on the bikes available for guests. Restaurant and associated staff were wonderful. Only had a one night stay , but relaxed in pool area with nice seating . Beds were very comfortable. All staff I encountered were so friendly and accommodating.

Suite was smelling some old. There were two tv sets in the room, both were dead. The remote controls have to be charged and both tv sets to be rebooted. They charged 100 $ deposit by arrival, this was also deducted from my account.

Good style, we had the suite but it was bit smelling. Std. room is better if you are two people only. Pool and pick nic areas are very good. We like the style of the hotel in total though.

No coffee maker or microwave in room :( Would have loved to be able to heat leftovers and make a morning coffee without having to leave the room to buy one. No phone either. Room could’ve been cleaner, rug is very dirty. Definitely need a bigger trash can, the one in the room can fit a few wrappers and a Starbucks cup. Felt bad leaving trash on the desk but it fit nowhere else.

great location, beautiful property, had a great time at the pool enjoying drinks and food. Great staycation! A bit pricey for what it is but would come back. fingers crossed the next time there’s coffee makers in the rooms!

There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room. I had an early flight and would have loved a cup of coffee while I got packed up to go.

The pillows and blankets were so fluffy and comfy! The lunch and cocktails poolside hit the spot! Stayed for a night to decompress and that is exactly what I did!

It was very hard to get a response from concierge staff, both online or by phone, or even in person. It seems the system is relying on online service, but we did not get a response to various queries and at the end of last day we couldn’t split the room service account.. This needs to be improved as it let the experience down. At this price point, you expect personal service on an as needs basis.

Amazing design with views of the mountains. a great vibe with an interesting story. We booked the deluxe suite and it was spacious and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic, including the food drinks and music, not to mention the mountain backdrop.

the resturant was so very cute and food was wonderful but the number of staff at the bar during dinner far outnumbered the guests and it was a bit loud with convo - killed a bit of the atmosphere with all the conversation. otherwise wonderful!!

The pool wasn’t heated.

The entire hotel is beautifully decorated. We had a very large, comfortable, stylish room. And the pool is also very nice. We enjoyed a very warm welcome. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Very sterile. A covid era cool place with no soul sadly. the no contact no staff is not attractive despite the beautiful design AND I misplaced a ring that day and reached out to the property to see if they would be able to check BUT nobody bothered to reply. Again NO staff and no comms. Disappointing.

The lobby is a little awkward without a desk to check in. The breakfast/bar area should be open all day. At 11:00 apparently lunch is served on the pool deck but it would be much nicer for guests if they could order and sit in the breakfast area.

The rooms and out door patio was wonderful.

I think they are still ironing out a few processes as well as working out how to work together as a team. Breakfast is moving from pastries and coffee to full buffet, so I think once the experience of using the facilities becomes more than just using the pool and sleeping in your room there will be better value for money.

We thought the online photos were better than the accommodation in person. Location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We will keep an eye on the reviews, and maybe stay again when we are in town for Modernism Week in 2026! The Bed was very comfortable. Life House could separate itself from the rest of what's on offer in Palm Springs with great food to attract patrons to stay or eat. All the best and thanks for the stay.

They forgot to clean our room. Than they said they wouldnt charge for one night. They did charge, the room was badly not clean, safe lock didnt work and they didnt know how to work at all.
