Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No cooktop. Too little counter space to cook. No place to eat except in front of the mirror and the TV takes so much room of the desktop, barely any room left for plates. Bed and pillows are too soft.
The location. Room has full size refrigerator, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, mugs etc. Their parking lot has hose that you can rinse your car quick.

The layout of the room was not the best to say the least. Having no vanity in the bathroom and having to use the kitchen sink for that purpose was inconvenient.
The cleanliness, location and price. We were given the room we asked for, and it made a great difference during our stay since I am partially disabled. The ability to unload our vehicle right in front of our door makes all the difference in the world for us. Having a full size refrigerator was a tremendous help.

We wished the pool was open.
The staff were friendly and gave good recommendations for food. The room was clean and I was able to use their washer and dryer.

Nothing was bad at all.
The room was immaculate, and the location was great. Also we LOVED the daily room service, this is the first time any hotel we have stayed in has done that since COVID. It was AMAZING.

The only flaw of the entire stay was that the ceiling tiles were above the shower were in the process of deteriorating due to the material of the ceiling tiles. It didn't look like mold was there but would be sad to see the hotel's quality go down due to this issue in the future.
Everything was very clean and tidy, especially for being the cheapest room in Moab. The staff was also friendly and helpful with recommendations outside the area.

Few kitchen accessories, would like a regular coffee pot, not brew by the cup. Mattress was very saggy, well in the middle.
Having a large refrigerator and microwave. Electric kettle is nice , bike storage.

The showerhead would whine - like a tiny airplane taking off. Things that bothered us - 1) A very narrow entrance / exit to / from the parking lot - a big challenge if a car exits while another car enters 2) The shortest path to the stairs can lead through the gap between 2 parked cars- not easy with loads of luggage. There is no dedicate crosswalk.
Tastefully furnished rooms, spacious and clean. Some of the warmest blankets that I have ever used- very restful sleep.

Nice, clean room. We kept our bikes on a provided cloth inside the room. The room was also very quiet, with very little audible outside noise.

Off the main drag so quiet but still convenient for all town amenities. Genuine warm and helpful welcome on arrival. Spacious and comfortable room. Thought it was great value and tried to stay for 2 more nights...sadly not possible

There could have been a bathroom sink but its not an issue. You’re just using the kitchen sink. But anyways, you’re in MOAB to vacation and explore. It’s a tiny compromise for the overall value.
Outstanding value!! Exceptionally well maintained, Super close to the national parks. Absolutely gold.

Any negatives are tiny “wish they had….” a sink in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen area would be nice
Great location off the main drag in Moab, walkable to shops and restaurants, the Moab museum and the recreation center. Rooms have full size fridge and lots of cupboard space. Comfy beds, nicely decorated, a great value, especially in shoulder season.

Couldn’t fault it.
Great location in the middle of the shopping and dining precinct but being a block back we didn’t hear any of the traffic noise from the main road which runs through Moab. Daily house cleaning were wonderful.Rooms were big and very comfortable.

This place was absolutely awesome especially for the 68$ I paid. Right in the heart of Moab in walking distance of all sorts of stuff. Such a nice kitchen and bathroom as well.

The motel offers affordable rooms and they are well equipped. some have kitchens. It's an easy walk to most of the town's restaurants and the State Liquor store. Staff are very helpful and informative.

It was a little weird that the room didn't have a bathroom sink, but really not a big deal.
What a great location and price! One block off the strip so not loud. But so easy to walk to so many restaurants. I would take this over one of the hotels out of town any time. Very clean and spacious. The room had dishes, microwave and cleaning supplies. There is not a table inside to eat one, but plenty of room outside with the picnic tables. Room was quiet and fairly modern. I have recommended this place to several people already
