room was dirty. holes in wall, burn marks in dresser, lights in bedroom did not work, TVs did not work and weren’t actually mounted on the wall but were leaning against the wall on top of dressers. when problems were presented, nothing was offered to help fix the issue especially due to no rooms being available. we left the property and went elsewhere.

There was blood on the walls the shower curtains had mold we was given the master key so any room could have access so who's to say that they don't just give any other random people access to your room while u stay.....and the people beside us was extremely loud at like 3 or 4 in morning stomping and their TV blasting...we didn't have a regular key the TV only had 1 channel the phones didn't work one of our rooms didn't have a phone the lamps didn't work in one room the trim on bottom of wall was coming off the cable wire to the TV was in the middle of the floor posing a trip hazard. The beds were horrible they didn't even stay in one place when u sat down on them the towels in the rooms were stained and nasty..one room didn't have trash cans......the walls had holes in them and the cleaning people do NOT CLEAN like they should as there was food in the fridge in my room and drinks out on balcony as well as my daughter walked without socks maybe max 5 mins and her feet were so black and nasty it was ridiculous....and not to mention the motel was a drug facility.....it was NOT WORTH THE MONEY I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN... THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN....

The only good thing was the wild life in the back in the lake

This was totally disgusting. The bed-sheets were dirty, the bed cover had a dark sticky stain on it, the room stank like an ashtray, there was a filthy gaping hole in the ceiling where the fan? light? had come down. The smoke alarm was off the wall disconnected. The worst hotel experience I have ever had. Unsafe and unhygienic. I felt physically sick.

The room was dirty. The towels had stains. We booked a nonsmoking room but people smoke right outside our room and no good insulation, and air leakage under the door, on the AC unit. Sink water dripping on the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken.

The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had stains on them. The bathroom had sand in it from previous guest that had stayed.

I liked the baloney view to the lake, it was very nice.

Well the door handle was broke the TV only had one Channel the remote didn't work the phone was missing buttons the ceiling above one of the beds had mold the head board looked like it had something spilt on it the bathroom fan didn't work the sink had stuff coming up the drain due to being clogged. We never got any room service at all we had 3 towels to use they never came to change trash or nothing I will never stay here again

This is an absolutely disgusting hotel! I booked 2 rooms for September 3-4. We arrived a little after the check in time of 4pm. The rooms were not ready and we were told that it would just be a few minutes. We waited outside in the parking lot with our children and watched 2 employees go in and out the rooms for over 2+ hours. Not doing anything!! I went and spoke to the front desk and told them that I was not waiting any longer and I wanted a refund. Nancy ensured me that she would reach out to Elijah, I'm guessing the owner. She came back in a few minutes and told me that they would fill out the request booking.com had sent them to issue a refund. It has now been two weeks. I've spoken to Nancy several times after the 7-10 day wait time. Each time I call she says she is going to call her boss and call me back. Not once has she reached back out to me and I'm sick of playing these games with them. I CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING AND STAFF IS TELLING ME NOONE BY THE NAME OF NANCY WORKS THERE. i guess they’re sick of me calling. The hotel looks really trashy and honestly the employees looked sketchy. I’m pretty sure they were in the rooms doing drugs instead of cleaning them, which is why there was no room ready. I would not have felt safe there staying with my kids. DO NOT recommend this hotel ever.

It was AWFUL! The "kitchen suite" was just a large opening for a frat party to occur, there was no kitchen. Just a fridge that at first didn't work and a microwave. There was a GIANT bug and apparently there have been other bugs because when I switched rooms, the shelving had bug carcasses on the bottom of the "kitchen cabinets ". There were numerous holes in the wall, I stuffed a towel in the one near the head of my bed because I didn't want a rodent on my face in the morning. The manager's husband was rude and had a temper problem The parking on the weekend was hard, it took meabout 1/2 an hour to get in and out, the spaces were way too tiny. The manager and her house keepers were superb though, excellent customer service for them

I LOVED the back patio right on the lake. I enjoyed watching the Air Force fighter jets do their tricks, while feeding the ducks, and watching the turtles bob up and down. I also had a beautiful BBQ with my Navy buddies on the deck. The staff was AMAZING!

The outside of the hotel was sketchy, our room keys kept turning off and the bathroom ceiling was short, I'm 6ft and if I was any taller it would have been an issue. Also no iron

The rooms are not very clean. The carpet Is disgusting. The beds are horrible.

The building is Block so it is very quiet. The dock at the hotel is very nice and relaxing to watch the sunset It’s a nice location

Our room had air conditioning but somehow it wasn't cold enough. The television wasn't cooperating. No room phone service. One of the light wasn't working.
