Absolutely nothing. There is nothing i would of changed. I loved staying there.

BREAKFAST IS AWESOME. Fresh waffles, coffee etc. Basic but perfect. What I liked the most is that its a family run hotel. The whole family is very nice and respectful. If you need anything they go it for you. Very nice family. Also the maid service is exceptional. The rooms are absolutely clean and the property itself is well taken care of. The area is very quit. Even though it is right by the freeway. Also the parking lot is very safe. No strange people hanging about like the other motels and hotels around here. I can leave my 15 year old alone here no problem. I give this place a 20 star rating. And i would recommend this place to everyone out there that's coming to Merced to stay here. And I'm telling everyone in my family as well. Thank you to the Family and the staff. I appreciate everything you've done for My son and I. God Bless you guys. p.s. the pool is open too.

Breakfast supplies did not appear to be fresh, waffle-maker timer did not work, Plug for bathroom sink was no functional. Told host they never fixed it looks like it had been broken for some time

Was only a mile from fairgrounds where we went to race. Was able to park right in front of room.

office clerk tried charging me twice after I had booked room on booking.com and paid using that website. after a frustrating conversation that was taken care of. after receiving my key I visited my room after clearly being told it’s a nonsmoking room there was cigarette burns in the curtains and the smell of smoke. the bathroom was an absolute take back in time and broken floor tile and mold all around the non closing shower door was horrible for the price. I was thankful for the bed but the bathroom left me feeling uneasy about ever staying there again. I would not recommend to anyone I know.

We reserved this room because it showed it was pet friendly upon checking in we found out there was a Daly extra fee for a pet and a deposit (non refundable) Room is very small Bathroom shower water temp would go from nice evan temp to a scalding hot then to ice cold with out warning parking lot is very tight better for small cars The bed was uncomfortable The staff seemed friendly but not very knowledgeable If I hadn't reserved this room in advance I would not have stayed there I came alot of miles and was very tired I didn't have the time or energy to try to find any thing better I wouldn't recommend this establishment nor would I ever stay there again The only thing good about the stay was its location It was close to were I needed to be!!!

The lady at the reception was rude. She tried to charge us twice for the room but fortunately I saw the first charge at my credit card's application and explained to her that she had already charged me! The air-condition was noisy!

I had food on the desk in a Togo bag that housekeeping threw away. They wouldn’t own up to it so I left one night early without arguing for any refund.

Location was in a sketchy spot. Creepy people kept staring at me and my partner. The owner stood outside staring at us for the longest like he had nothing else to look at in the whole parking lot, he then continued to follow us to the door and see where we were headed very creepy. The bed sheet under the blanket was dirty and the furnitures and bathroom were a bit dirty and rusted.

The service was the only good thing.

Unbelievable amount of cleaning materials used. The scent of bleach was the dominant smell in the air in the rooms. Also, some adjacent rooms were walking around all night and their steps could be heard felt all night.

The hotel was overally good. The staff was really friendly.

It was very hard to sleep, we all woke up many times because of the noise. The fridge in the room was very noisy, and the room was not properly isolated so you could hear a lot people on the street and the road. The check in process was too long and it did not have an elevator to go to the upper floors. It looked a little bit run down and in general was expensive for the quality provided

They didn’t have the free breakfast like advertised and couldn’t use the pool . And they kept deposit for no reason, no one smoked in room and room wasn’t damaged or anything
