The elevator wait has been and continues to be an issue.

The parking was substandard for the location. 2 elevators with only 1 elevator barely functioning. During our stay the one functioning elevator broke down for an extended time and our room was on the 10th floor. (You work out the inconvenience)

The room was just lovely. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean.

The ad didn't say that the pool view is also ocean view. Upgraded to an ocean view which had a smaller bed. If I would have known I would have not changed rooms. The biggest complaint however was the room cleaning service, Absolutely was the worst I have ever had. Asked the room service people over 4 times within two days to clean the room and never did until I talked to front desk twice and finally had to get manager involved. Garbage was piled up in our room and some of our neighbors had garbage sitting outside their doors for over a day. Beds were never made or changed, had to ask front desk to get new towels while the old ones just sat. For the price of the room, I was expecting a little better service.

The elevator situation was not good. During check in and check out we had to wait 10-15 mins for an elevator. My mother was in a wheelchair so it was really hard to get an open elevator in a timely manner. I had requested early check-in at 3 pm but they continued to tell us our room wasn’t ready but when cleaning staff was on our floor at 8:30 am and even inquired at 10am if we were leaving so they could clean our room.

The location and view were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel were exceptionally clean.

It was nice but the bathroom floors weren’t that clean and the ice machine on our floor looked so nasty on the outside of it and some garbage tossed beside the ice machine remained there the 5 days we were there.

I prefer a full oceanfront (not partial ocean view). Room rates were steep (especially considering it wasn't a holiday weekend).

Nothing, It was a wonderful stay.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool attendant named Chuck. He was very friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. We loved the pool side drinks and food. We also loved that we got to check in an hour early. We will be coming back in the future!

The staff at the hotel was amazing. We really appreciated their friendliness and they were always helpful and accommodating. The location was great! The hotel was so close to shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk.

Hotel is old and tired. Construction noise was so bad, we moved to another room. The bathroom door was warped and wouldn't shut. The toilet paper holder was broken. At night, there was a wind tunnel between the rooms that rattled doors and kept us up.

Not as clean as it should be (hair in the tub). Bathroom was VERY small. One of the 2 elevators was broken on the 11 story building that had events on the 2nd floor that consumed the one working elevator. No other way to get the carts upstairs. $15 per night fee for parking. No carts available at checkout. Staff was not very helpful either. They had a "sorry about your luck" attitude.

I liked the location and the view.
