Property needs to be updated. Peeling wallpaper, rust on ceiling vents and what appeared to be mold in the bathtub. Very surprised the Sheraton would allow their facilities to get this bad.

If you don't give them your license plate number for parking you might get a ticket.also parking is $15. One person on staff in dining was not happy to be there and not helpful for the breakfast without asking many questions. The rest of the staff was top notch though. Also the ac in the room couldn't quite keep up with the heat outside. Not hot in the room but not as cool as we would have liked.

We liked the great room service. The food was great and prompt. The hotel was updated and things were easy to find. It was very quiet and the location was great.

Went to the restaurant for lunch and didn't feel all that welcome. Almost as if they didn't want to be at work.

Was never told that there was a brkfst. Had to eat in the restaurant. However, the buffet plates were dirty and I was told there were "stains", I told them no there are bits of food on them.

The hallways are bit gloomy. Like I get it’s supposed to be “softer lighting” but the colors and walls plus the lighting felt kind of Stephen King-ish. Like the Lay-out was a little confusing to find me room and on top of that it’s dark.. I had an interior room for the facility looking into the courtyard, kind of. The trees need some trimming. I missed some great views. Also, I understand the homeless situation is prevalent in SLC, UT, but there were moments I didn’t feel safe because it felt like some people were casing the parking lot. I didn’t leave anything in my rental car.

The lobby, courtyard, dining areas were wonderful for the rate. The gift shop was well located. The rooms were very well organized and decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful on the different attractions in the area. I’ve never been to Utah but I WILL be back based off of Dan alone. He told me about a few canyons to check out and I took his advice. BLOWN AWAY AT SNOW IN JUNE.

Towels, the smell was awfull. Like they were stored in a fast food restaurant. I addressed this the next day at the reception and requested 3 towels iso 2 since we were with 3 persons, she smiled and said "we make sure we will have the towels ready", but I noticed she did not even made a note. When we came back in the evening we only had, surprise surprise, 2 towels. I called front desk and they delivered 3 fresh and fluffy towels....remarkable because the towels we had in the bathroom seems to be 100 years old. I was really wondering if Sheraton is making a difference between parts of the hotel. I regret paying €420 for 2 nights!

I loved the location. Downtown and close to so much. Vey Fun Lobby Area. I sat at the bar one night and had a glass of wine. Nice low key bar. We were sad the pool was not open. We couldn't see a hot tub anywhere

Cocktails at bar were far below average. No Outside dining/rooftop. Room was small.

Club level, very nice. Good Food. Clean. Lobby is cozy. Gift shop is exceptional! Staff was friendly and attentive.

Great location in downtown, walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable and fitness center was great by hotel standards. Staff were always friendly and polite. The beautiful lobby with the fireplace is a great place to do some work or enjoy a coffee and seemingly endless supply of free cookies. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish there was a hotel map given because I never knew where the elevator was and wasted a lot of time lugging my bags around (from my room back to main lobby). My room also had a leaky faucet in the tub and it looked like there was dried blood on the wall but I just ignored it… lol.

Loved the cookies, lemonade, coffee in the lobby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ericka.

The food was just okay in the dining room - and the food in the upstairs lounge was just meh. The heater in the room was outrageously loud, and we left it on but it was still really cold the first night. The second night we got an extra blanket delivered.
