Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The gym was rather small and it was at times challenging to do workout set when there were a number of people in the gym. Think it would have been helpful to provide complimentary bottles of water in the hotel rooms.

My wife and I stayed at the Soho Grand when we travelled to New York for 2 nights (a total of 36 hours) in May. The Hotel is unbelievably well located and this is the main reason we chose to stay here. Rooms are very slick with all amenities included yet they are pretty small - I guess don't expect a huge room in NYC. I used the coffee bar which was perfect to grab a hot cup, some snacks and do some work. Make sure to check out the super cool diner on the street level - its AWESOME!!!

IrelandThe hot water did break in the hotel for 24 hours, but this is outside of the hotel's control, and without making any complaint, we were sent a letter of apology and two days worth of free breakfast.
Great location and a really buzzing place! The doormen were always so pleasant, and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the A,C and E train. We would definitely recommend this place. The hotel does have a late night bar with loud music but you can't hear this from your rooms.

GeorgiaWe booked 2 rooms 711 and 729. We were charged with $800 of security deposits for each room and upon checking out on 5th January we were told that these deposits will be reimbursed within 3 business days. More than 2 weeks passed already and despite numerous emails and phone call to billing department, and despite the promise nothing has been reimbursed and we were not even informed about the reasons of such delay. We did not want to write this here but our written requests and phone calls were just ignored by hotel. We feel really sorry about this and although $1600 is not an amount that makes us starving but the attitude we are getting is not appropriate. Thank you of someone from hotel would take a minute and at least answer us.
