Pool is only outdoors and the shower water was cold most of the weekend, only two of us got a hot shower.

The heat and air conditioning did not work so it was hot and stuffy in the room, the neighbors looked like they lived there. They had a lot of issues with our reservation and called me one morning on the rooms phone and didn't even tell me who they were and when I answered the woman said "what's you're name?" Immediately and then asked me when I was checking out I told her not for another 2 days and she said I was checking out today which was not the case because when I checked in the woman even confirmed my checking out date and it was not the next day. So she said she'd fix it amd then I went outside to smoke a cigarette and couldn't get back in my room bc they deactivated the key card so I went to the office and they were trying to charge my card (which was the wrong one) again after they already charged it and they had me in the office for a half hour to get it straightened out.

The size of the suite was perfect, it was clean and the staff was very nice.

We had no towels to shower and when we asked for some we were told that there weren’t any. I was so taken back I couldn’t even argue.

I’ve stayed here many times and I always have a great experience. My most recent stay in a 2 bedroom loft wasn’t as great. There were stains on the carpet, lightbulbs missing from the lamps, cigarette burns on the kitchen table, the paint on the front door was peeling completely off, and there was a bad fishy smell. The front desk woman helped immediately and apologized for something that wasn’t even her fault. She moved my room and the next room was perfectly fine. I think I must have gotten an old room, which has never happened and I’ve stayed here more than 10 times. But either way, they were happy to immediately resolve it for me

It’s getting old and could use some upgrades in the room. Popcorn ceilings need to go! Shower had a big rust stain in the tub that almost turned us off from using it.

It’s the biggest hotel you can get for a family in the area without renting a house. The location is perfect. Close to Ocean City and close to our family’s house for the holidays. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The studio suite was VERY clean. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water available all day. Great water pressure in the shower.

Loved the comfort and privacy, felt like being at home but so convenient to the beach. Will be back!

Our air conditioner broke down and the room smelled very musty. We had to change rooms, and the new room was better but still not great. The pool was cold. We used to stay here when this was a Residence Inn and it was much more well maintained.

Proximity to Ocean City, and the staff were very helpful.

The pool was small it seemed to be taken over by the permanent residents who live there. I think vacationers should be aware there are permanent residents and not just people on vacation staying at the hotel. It makes a uncomfortable stay when you feel like your intruders. It happened at the pool and getting breakfast. It’s a shame the location and the unit were good but we wouldn’t stay there again. It was like staying in an apartment complex.

Property was clean, nice location. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was very nice, helpful. Especially Rich the maintenance man was extremely helpful.

Tons of garbage around property. Drains were all clogged in the rooms so they took a while to drain. No soap in the shower, bone dry. Take a power washer to the balconies, they were gross

Our TV was broke. Couldn't use it at all. We called 3 times the first day we stayed there the front desk worker was not very professional or nice and did nothing to accommodate our broken TV. The bathroom could of used a little decor touch. We had no towels in the room to start . Luckily the last night we were there a different front desk person apologized and was very professional gave us a refund on the one night for the issues we had.

There were no linens for the pull out sofa. You couldn't adjust room temp and when we asked for turn over service it was not provided until we called the 2nd time, 6 hours after first request
