Stayed for two nights and all was good at a good price. Located perfectly in Milpitas with easy access to the highway.

Everything was fine, only thing was the room was hot. AC didn't work all night.

Everything was perfect! Staff was really friendly made us feel really comfortable, hotel was clean and beautiful. Looks just like the pictures online and some hotels lie. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great the only thing was the ac didn't turn on all night, so it was A bit hot but other than that really great experience!

The property was a bit hard to find, but once there it was a rare jewel. I received much more than expected. One of the cleanest establishments I ve ever stay in. Bed was comfy! Additional pillows and blankets already in room. Close to freeway and minutes from the stadium. I would definitely stay again!

It's virtually impossible to get to/from the hotel without a car.

The rooms very really clean and quiet enough and everything was really new, beds were comfy, WIFI was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is no room service during your stay unless you specifically ask for it. The pool and hot tub seemed nice, not sure how clean they were. The breakfast options were good (you could also sit outside), the food was nice but I really disliked the coffee. Breakfast was a bit expensive compared to what was offered. In the end, I had breakfast there only once and went out the other days. I can absolutely recommend the hotel if you're looking for a nice place to stay but would probably skip breakfast.

Each day I had to go to the front desk to get my room key card reactivated. Personnel said it was probably just that particular door.

The room smelled so, so clean and it was. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

1. They didn't have enough coffee pod for daily coffee, so I asked for some coffee pods, then it took 30 minutes for front desk say there is no one available for delivery, you should come and pick it up. Please let me know earlier, I don't mind go downstairs to fetch some coffee pods. 2. When we ask for room cleaning, they only put one bath towel back for use.

My only negative was my fault and I got the two properties mixed up and I made my reservation not realizing I had the wrong one. they did offer to relocate my reservation after I arrived but of course I would have to pay for the night anyway. I just decided to drive to the other property for my event.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. I had two dogs with me and they gave free gifts (ball,handkerchief,portable water bowl) which was really nice even though the ball and handkerchief were too big for my tiny dogs. The hotel is up to date, modern but comfortable. The room was very spacious, nicely furnished and CLEAN. Bathroom was also very clean and bright which was nice. The beds were on the softer side so if you’ve got a bad back like myself, it may not suit you. My mom had no complaints. The swimming pool and hot tub were great! For the price it’s a bummer that breakfast isn’t included but maybe I’m asking for too much lol. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

It was tucked away on a side street, so it was a little tricky to find initially.

It was a little confusing to find the location. The hotel was nice and quiet during the week but got noisier during the weekend.

The property was clean and modern. I appreciated an updated AC unit that can be adjusted via the wall instead of a very noisy wall unit that has to be manually adjusted.

wish the restaurant for dinner was open every night, I wouldn’t leave the hotel if it was! but the sister hotel down the street has their restaurant so I just went there.
