How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The breakfast time was often very crowded and difficult to manage. Many families are there and the options for large group seating was limited.
Friendly staff; great breakfast; clean; nice big rooms, pool and hot tub were great!

The employees (Jesse Harrell checked us in promptly and efficiently) were all helpful and friendly, from Jesse to the other front desk staffers, to the maids and the maid supervisor! Room was clean, beds were cozy, we loved the tv, mini fridge and microwave. Highly recommend

The rim smelled a little musky
The Jacuzzi was awesome after walking around Disney all day when my feet were sore, the Jets were very powerful which I really liked!! They also had hot continental breakfast with a lady cooking the fresh eggs and sausage along with all the other amenities for breakfast.

I didn’t like that I was charged $20 dollars for parking.
Close to our destination. It also had a hot tub. it had free, complementary ice, as well as free breakfast.

It was basic, don’t expect anything flash but it was great!
- Simple breakfast included which was actually great! - easy to walk to Disney about 15 mins - next door to local popular ice cream place - pretty quiet

It is an older hotel, but well kept. The room did have a musty smell, it went away when we turned the air on.
Good location, a bit of a walk to Disney, but definitely doable. About a $10 Uber/lyft ride. Parking lot is well lit. Parking is $10 per day. Our room was on the backside of the building, but did feel safe. Breakfast was good, just the room that they serve it in is small. We didn’t have a seat/table, so ended grabbing food & going back to the room. They do have some outside seating, but it was too cold to sit & enjoy there.

Bathrooms wasn’t as clean as I would like it. Shower pressure was low. And TVs are flat screens but dates no smart TVs. Also breakfast is until 9:30 but by 8:30 they ran out of most items.

The people upstairs kept stomping all night and we had to call the office to notify them but the people continued stomping anyway. We were also right next to the ice machine and people kept using it all night and it was so loud so it was hard to sleep while we stayed there.

You can hear the people next door to you. People in alley behind hotel were very loud. Beds were a little hard. Pillows were very hard.
Rooms were nice and big. Very clean. Breakfast was great. Loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and no elevators. So we had to carry our bags upstairs. The gate from the parkinglot to the stairs closest to our room was locked. And the noise… you can hear EVERY SINGLE car and person going down the street.
The room was really clean, and the beds were super comfortable

We were put in a downstairs room and we could hear people walking upstairs, woke me up one night. Very loud. Breakfast was ok. Definitely need a bigger dining room and more options for the amount of people it serves. If you came any later than 7ish things started to run out.
We booked a 2 bed, 2 bath suite and found it to be very comfortable for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Front desk staff and hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Our room was near the front as was very noisy with road noise. While the breakfast was good it would have been good to have a few more options We stayed on New Years Eve and felt a bit unsafe when we could hear fireworks and guns being shot. .
The staff were very friendly especially the staff at breakfast. The location is close to Disney and has a bus to Disney that stops out the front.

Road noise and neighbor noise very loud; rooms are poorly sound insulated

There was a smell that was lingering as soon as we walked in but after a day it was gone. The sheets were clean but I did find a hair or two. Overall it was a nice decent hotel. I would recommend staying here.
The property is super close to Disney and restaurants. The place looked clean from the outside and rooms were up to expectations. Staff was nice and very polite.

Room was on the backside and not near parking. We felt a little isolated.
