How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I know you cannot keep everything in tiptop condition at all times. BUT, being in room #110, it appears the HVAC was replaced and was probably a different size than the previous unit, causing the use of very wide trim to be used to "fill the void". This must have been installed by an amateur, mismatched cuts, voids in the wallboard finish, and no touch up repainting of these area. Another item is the carpet. It is somewhat spotted with stains. At least it was not worn through nor were there tears to trip on.
Comfortable bed. HVAC worked well, as did the TV. The bathroom was clean and the plumbing worked well.

The blanket was thin on the bed and room itself was messed up there was a hole in the door and walls and the bathroom door stuck

Rooms could have a bit more attention given to them. Dirty walls, paint mismatch were mirrors were taken down just little things like that other than that good stay, I’ll stay again.
Can see the lake and with in walking distance of the London bridge.

The location was very good we were close to the water and close to everything else that we needed it's Mario
The stuff was great the location was great just one problem the carpet was very dirty but everything else was clean the rooms were nice and cool the Air worked good everything else what's nice they were great with our dogs we have service dogs and they were very accommodating the pool was very nice as well we had a great time

Didn’t love the water pressure of the shower but it overall worked Make sure to bring your own shampoo and soap as the packets they provide are tiny
I got a clean room and I was close to the event on a last minute trip with no other options if places to stay so it worked out great although I was questioning my decision to stay at a super 8, it worked out well.

The front desk guy could have been nicer. The building is pretty rundown and the tub has some stains. The towels are super scratchy and the toilet was so freaking loud lol. The hallway walls and staircase were pretty gross so was the carpet but hey I'm not hanging out in the hallway or on the floor so that wasn't so bad. The breakfast was a very sad site to behold. At least there was coffee tho.
It wasn't so dirty like a lot of the reviews say it is. It wasn't stinky. Our sheets and towels were totally clean. I unzipped the mattress cover and examined for bed bugs and didnt find any. There was a nice sized fridge in our room and tho it wasnt spotless it was pretty clean still. The TV and AC worked. The location is good a short walk to the bridge. Was quiet on a busy Saturday night.

I feel like the breakfast could have been better we ended up leaving the property to get breakfast because the juice was out and there wasn’t really any food. No protein only carbs for breakfast option.
Inexpensive, friendly environment, pool and hot tub, hospitable staff.

The bed was covered by plastic under the bedsheets so it made noise every time you moved and it wasn't breathing due to this. I understand this protection but it wasn't much comfortable. I didn't like all this single-use plastic + non-recyclable coffee cups and plates at the little breakfast (Coffee, juice, muffins, toast + jam). Using regular dish and then putting it in a dishwasher wouldn't kill anybody. (But that's not this hotel's issue only...)
Good price for Lake Havasu. We got the older room, but it was clean and it had everything what you need.

Hotel was decent.. would of liked it a little cleaner.. and it was very noisy. You could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs.
