How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Once upstairs the property seems really "tired". It needs a bit of a redo. Our studio was tiny and you could hear the noise from the other units. Lots of people left their doors open and went between different units so it felt like a big dorm with noises and smells wafting around. Im glad my wife pulled out of the trip or she would have been unhappy with my choice but for a boys trip it was fine.
Location is great, the lobby is nicely redone and honestly the staff are absolutely wonderful! So kind and helpful and I really enjoyed the 2 get togethers they planned

The carpet was probably the top of my “least favorite” list…and the fragrance that was used to mask the smell of the old carpet. And the misleading internet photos
The lobby looks amazing and the location is great…the rest of the hotel is stoner snow bum heaven. I happen yo not be a stoner snow bum

Only essentials are stocked in the kitchen. Wish there are more plates and the knives are sharper.
A well run place. Staff was courteous. Room was large. Walk to lifts. Big pool. Free happy hour treats.

Staff rigid in family emergency and could not flex with basic humanity or help us problem solve when medically ill daughter needed sleep and made her wake up for room transfer and second room was not ready diespite knowing the situation. We were told she does not look sick. Delirium does not look sick.

Property was a bit tricky to find with one way street. Microwave and tv did not work in one of the rooms and in that same room the showers had no hot water. The power went out twice during our stay…first time for about half and hour and the second time it went out around 10pm and was still off when we left in the morning. Hotel did not apologise nor offer a discount or refund at checkout. Pretty disappointing really.
Fire was initially hard to start but was lovely once lit. Unfortunately it turned off during the night which made for a cold night because of a power outage that lasted hours. Was unable to start the fire again.

Room layout is weird. Not sure what’s the point of the Murphy bed in the living room if there is not much space between sofa and Murphy bed. Why don’t they just offer sofa bed? We booked and paid for a 2B/2B but turned out there was only one bathroom. Which made it hard for the family of 5 every morning to get ready, and every night to take shower. Front desk is not willing to accommodate and blame it on Booking.com system glitch. And said there is nothing they could do. Overall facility is dated.

Power went out to the building overnight. Staff never came by to check on guests or offer flashlights. They didn’t appear to put flashlights in stairwells until well into the power outage.

The sheets and pillowcases had hair on them. We asked for them to change the linen twice and it seemed like the just stretched the sheets to make the beds.

The happy hours that are offered are only 1 hour long. Maybe think of extending them to two hours. As a smoker I would have loved to see an ashtray, but myself (any plenty of other I noticed) found the garbage pale to use.
Kitchenette was fully stocked with tools/supplies. Bathroom had plenty of bath and hand towels. Staff was available and around doing work through out the building. The options for parking in the garage and lots outside were easy to use and Cleaned from any snow build up that occurred

I didn’t like that the room we stayed in was so hot it was uncomfortable. My whole family had a hard time sleeping. We expected the room to be as nice as the front lobby. It was very dated, but at the same time it was just okay. There was dark hair in the bathtub and on the walls of the shower upon arrival.
The breakfast was ok. The location is perfect if you’re looking to ski. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were convenient though dated.

It was a fairly nice hotel, but the plumbing in the shower made a really loud noises the baseboard heater when it would come on it was buzzing the whole night so we had to turn it off, which made the room very cold, and could not sleep.

The only bummer was that the pool ended up being serviced while we were there so we didn't get to swim. But, the hot tub was big and wonderful!
