Very minor, but a fireplace inside the room would have been nice. But overall a great value given the location.

Location of Teton Lodge is great, a short walk to the tram. Easy walk to the restaurants around the village. The restaurant inside the Lodge is also solid - great food and good place to watch sports. Free parking right across the street for Lodge guests is very convenient. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome. Clean room, good value.

They offer complimentary tea in the evening but none of it was decaf. When I asked for decaf they charged me $5. I was shocked more than anything. They could use better pillows.

Convenient location. Loved the ski valet. Great restaurant and friendly staff. It was quiet which I greatly appreciated. Cozy cabin feel.

    nothing!

Location is spectacular - so convenient for skiing. We used the ski valet, too. The Village area has restaurants which are fun to check out. The onsite spa is great, too - as a hotel guest you can use the spa facilities any time the spa is open - which is a nice perk! The outdoor hot tubs are great - especially the rooftop one. It was also nice to hang in the lobby - they offered treats every day. We did not have a car and used the local bus to go into Jackson town which was fun, too. The concierge was super helpful in arranging transport to/from the airport.

The price is very high, but I'd say if you are staying in Teton Village and want luxury, it is totally worth it.

The room was a great size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) were great! And the location cannot be beat in Teton Village.

Convenient and friendly, opt out of the Murphy bed!
    • Leisure trip
    • Couple
    • Alpine Studio
    • Stayed 3 nights

We stayed at Hotel Terra before and absolutely loved the comfy, plush Murphy bed so didn't hesitate to book that room here at the sister property. The bed was practically on the floor and the left side was against the wall. There was no way to walk around it, so it was a pain (both figuratively and LITERALLY!) to get in and out on that side. We had to ask for more pillows as the 1st night, the one pillow my husband had was really flat and uncomfortable. I would not stay in this room at this hotel again.

The kitchen is fantastic with full sized appliances and is well stocked. The dining table was nice and the living area was comfortable. "Free" (included) WiFi and parking were also great. The location couldn't be better for strolling around the village and accessing the park. The front desk responded promptly when we asked for more pillows and to have our fireplace pilot lit. (No, it wasn't cold, we just liked the ambiance of a fire!) The main lobby was lovely and was a gathering place in the early evening with a station set up serving smores one night and strawberry waffles another. All of the staff at Spur's were friendly and accommodating. We really loved our bartender, Julian! He went out of his way to help people make plans during their stay by offering recommendations and suggestions. We also enjoyed taking dinner back to our room and everything was tasty!

We stayed to short of time......

Location, all amenities are within walking distance. The grounds are impeccable. Horseback riding located in the village; 5 minute walk. Great views/experience - Something for everyone. AMAZING views of the mountains - YES, we were greeted in the morning by a young moose in front of the resort! Coffee in the morning, infused fresh water in the afternoon. (a little something sweet for the kids in the early evening e.i. smores/strawberry shortcake) Downtown Jackson Hole only 20 minute drive, National parks; 20 minute drive. Yellowstone 2.5 hour drive. Stunning views along the way - lots of natural wild life/buffalo, elk, deer, cows..... Seeing is believing; the pictures are down played from the true experience of the views.

Time to move on from some of the restrictions that other hotels have returned to - like cleaning the rooms during a stay. This is not a cheap place stay so there is no reason not to return to offering the things people expect from an expensive resort.

Great location in Teton Village...direct view of the mountain. Comfortable room, great big shower, and the kitchen had all the amenities for a short visit. Had a room with a Murphy bed that was quite comfortable. Everything was clean and in good shape.

I asked for a room with a view, still ended up with one overlooking the parking lot. The rooms need massive refurbishment- curtains are torn, the toilet seat is leaking, the wooden frames of windows and doors have major defects. The room wasn’t perfectly clean- there was hair everywhere (on fresh towels, on the carpet, on chairs..). The walls are also very thin so if you’re a light sleeper like me, you’ll wake up on your neighbors’ sneezes and the extremely loud heating system. Not sure it was worth the cost.

    Location was good.

The room we booked was on the ground floor with a balcony, which was level with the road, at the price we paid we felt it was totally overpriced. The bed was described on the booking as a Murphy bed being Australian we had no idea what this was. Staff were very accommodating in getting us another room with a King Bed.

Staff were very nice and accomodating. View of the mountain.

Poor value, no view from the room, no guest steam room usage, dresser drawers were broken in the room, no water bottles in room upon arrival, 1 small bar of soap supplied. coffee maker in room did not work well. A so called 4+ star resort should have had these items addressed, over all amount payed did NOT meet expectations. Looked around Teton village at other resorts and found much better value available.

Beds, transport and lift tickets purchases, roof top hot tub, most of the staff.
