Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesFor being a Hilton Hotel entity, I was very disappointed by the quality of staff manning the front desk and other service areas. When I drove into the breezeway to register for my reserved room. I noticed a lady talking on her cell phone without a mask sitting on the curb. As I stepped out of my vehicle and walked through the entrance door, there was no one at the desk. Suddenly the Lady with the phone in her hand, asked me if I wanted to get a room. I said no, that I already had a reservation. She rushed by me and quickly ask my name. I had to stop and spell it for her, while she kept a close eye on her phone texts. I was quickly registered and received very rushed instructions on where to park my car, get a porters cart, find the elevator and warnings about approaching my from the rear of the hotel. She immediately return to her phone activities. As I struggled getting my car situated in the back, winding my way back to front lobby to get my luggage cart, no one was the desk to tell me where the elevator was. I finally found two employee both on cell phone calls. Finally one finished it up. I asked where the elevator was. He merely pointed at this large glass structure at the end of the extended dining area. It looked nothing like an elevator to me without a door. It had no markings or signage on it. He got back to his phone messaging and I started across and finally realizing that the black structure was smoked glass as a backside to the Elevator Compartment. I went around to the front and sure enough there was a door and a button, but no signage indicating it was an elevator on the ground floor. The next morning it was about the same. As I passed by the front desk. Both attendants were busy texting away on their cell phone and never looked up. When I got ready to leave, I again approached the registration desk and they were still busy at it with their cell phone. I just left the key case with the room number. I hate to disturb people at work. Never again!
The interior design of the hotel public areas and customer rooms were immaculate, spotless, comfortable, and quiet.

United StatesHonestly everything was pretty great. If I had to find something that was negative it would be that there is only one elevator and it is a bit small and slow. But there is only three floors so you don’t have to wait long for it to return.
The staff was very friendly. We loved how the bedroom was decorated. The room had two televisions which is great when people want to watch different things. The breakfast (although you have to pay for it) was delicious.

United StatesHonestly everything was great. The only advice I’d have is to check to make sure the fire pit by the pool is working. It didn’t seem to be working while we were there. But not a big deal!
The pool was our favorite part. Our kids loved it. They had a large jenga game set out and it was the highlight of our stay. Everyone on the staff was super kind and helpful. While we didn’t eat at the restaurant on site, we did grab drinks at the bar to take to the pool. The rooms were very clean and the lobby was beautiful. Free parking was a major plus. We stayed at 5 hotels this trip and this was the most affordable and one of the nicest. We will definitely stay again if we come back through Little Rock.
