The location was a little remote. It was a good 20 minute walk to get to the areas with restaurants etc.

The facility is well maintained and the à Tito it’s offered are great. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Everything was great!

The location was perfect! Private beach, pool, great food. Spacious room with a balcony and beautiful views. No reason to leave the resort.

Rooms felt a bit tired. Would replace the old carpet. Damp smell in the closet. Pillows super uncomfortable 7.5/10

we had a great stay here. There were a lot of activities, tennis mini-golf, volleyball etc. pool was nice and we ended up just staying at the resort and did not see much else. good for families. restaurant etc was good quality for the prices compared to other places we stayed at.

The electric in some areas was not working properly. Drainage was slow in showers and toilets. A more up to date Smart TV with streaming services would be an improvement. Besides what was available, an extra blanket or two would have been nice.

The room was generally fine. Furniture was good. The resort grounds and restaurants were nice.

The food shop has very limited products. We traveled with a baby who needs fruits, vegetables and at least 20 oz of daily water for formula, the shop neither the restaurant could provide appropriate food to give to my baby (no sugar, no salt, no spicy) and the bottle of water were too small. We had to take a uber to the nearby market, a little inconvenient when you were not planning to leave the resort.

We felt bad for the staff at the end of our stay. Saturday when we were leaving the resort was getting crowded and the incoming guests were not respectful at all to the facilities or the staff.

The staff was amazing! My wife and son never left the resort and they loved every moment! The pool and beach were excellent and the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Two pools with a lovely open area restaurant/bar between. One pool just for adults. Beach changing area, tennis court, small playground for children, everything located in one area but separated by trees and landscaping. Beach beautiful, the rooms were huge, the extras like soaps and hand cream were wonderful, the food was excellent in the dining room, the staff everywhere were wonderful. We stayed in suites that are larger than most people's apartments with kitchen and large dining table and two bathrooms. We went for a night before a Christmas cruise but I wanted to check out the hotel for future longer stays in the summer. It isn't ultra modern but that is the charm.

It s my 4th time at Lagomar , and it s starting to get outdated. But the main problem is the front desk long face ( Greg ) This is something that can ruin any client experience please, take care of your employees People from restaurant is amazing .
