Nothing wrong with the property just a bit of confusion finding the property. Maybe mention that the name shown at the property is The Plaza (no mention of Worldmark) and the address is Golf Drive not Lawrence Crossley.

This was our base for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Our room, which included a full kitchen, was clean and spacious. The kitchen served us well for making lunches and eating dinners in. We made good use of the two jacuzzis, which were welcome after hikes in the park. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchenette was well stocked, the bed was very comfortable. The deck was a little small but adequate to enjoy the sun at times. The parking was convenient to the side entry.

There were only two things, which are relatively minor. First, the kitchen sink faucet was loose. It wasn't enough of an issue to lodge a complaint, but it probably should be attended to. Second, on the last night of my stay, when I came back to the room for the evening, none of my key cards would work. Fortunately, the security guard was helpful and let me enter via his master key. The cards worked for the main entrance, but not the room. I was told that the problem was a bad battery in the lock. Fortunately, I had acquired a luggage cart earlier in the evening, sparing me the ordeal of having to keep the door open when I departed the next morning. That way I only had to make one trip before leaving.

I was exceptionally impressed with the spaciousness of the room. I also liked that the property was not too close to the main city, which kept traffic down to a minimum, but it was close to restaurants and neighboring cities.

Everything about the property was great. Great spa and pool setup. Very close to all amenities and downtown and right on a golf course. At reception Lora was exceptional with a wonderful personality and assistance. Can't wait to be back!

Didn’t accommodate our request for a ground floor room and tried to charge us an additional $91 for taxes that they claim were not collected when I booked online a couple of months in advance. In the end, they did not charge us , as I had proof that the booking company had included all taxes and fees when I booked.

Location was off the beaten path a bit, which was a plus for what we wanted and it overlooked a golf course, very nice. Staff was very friendly and room was spacious.

Various guests in the 400 building were exceptionally loud in the late evenings, complete with incessant slamming of room doors. I always travel with noise cancelling earplugs in all of my pieces of luggage and these were essential during my stay.

Convenient location off East Palm Canyon Drive, and ten to 15 minute walk in one direction to Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and Target, and in the other direction to a Vons supermarket. Room was clean, comfortable and kitchen area was fully stocked.

your signage could have been better. You need to have a sign up for Worldmark. That is what we looked for at night time and it was very hard to initially find the hotel!

Great resort with many amenities and services. The room layout was very spacious. Quiet area and didn't have any issues with loud external sound pollution.

It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Palm Springs proper, but not bad of a drive at all.

Great little apartment with kitchenette. Most are ground floor.. pool area is small and nothing special but my stay was very pleasant, comfortable, and I was sad to leave. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of convenient parking.
