The customer service was very poor and rude , the room was disgusting , shower head horrible , all the towels were filthy. Didn’t use a wash towel or a body towel .

Horrible place to go I wouldn't house prisoners in that dump...I'm still waiting for them to refund me some of the money I wasted not ti mention my belongings that I no longer have thanks trashacana! I'm just find me a nice Bridge to stay under next time

Staff is rude. TV don’t work ,Water wasn’t hot, floor was filthy blanket had plenty holes. Staff do not clean room throughly only want towels and trash.

I got into town on a Friday evening to attend an event at AT&T stadium and checked in around 5 pm. The room smelled like the boys locker room from high school which was obviously a bad sign but I let that go. I returned late that night and left early the next morning so I was away the first 24 hours of my stay. Later that evening I was sitting on my bed reading and felt something crawling on me?! There were two bugs on me and after inspecting the room they were everywhere. There were also blood stains on my comforter (not very comforting, right?), but I had initially let that go since the cost of staying for three nights was so low and I had a pleasant experience when I stayed at this hotel in 2018. The late night desk guy was cordial for the most part after showing him pics and video from my phone of the bugs. I quickly booked another reservation at another local hotel (around 10:30 pm on a Saturday night in Dallas). My car wouldn't start and it took over two hours to get roadside assistance to assist. During that time I sat in my car just looking at the comings and goings of many of the guests. I'm not a snob... actually I'm a working class individual myself but there were certainly some shady looking characters hanging around and going in and out of that place. Once the roadside representative arrived he looked at me like I was crazy and said "You really picked an interesting place to stay, pal. I'm sorry I didn't get here sooner". I would sleep in my car over ever staying at this place again.

I was refunded back one night for my troubles.

racist Indian family owners, watching everyone’s moves. we went out to lunch they went into our room to so call replenish things left our room door wide open for anyone to come in after them. we come back to an open door we know it was them due the clean towels fresh tissue. they had people standing in front of the property with all their luggage two days in a row. air conditioner barely worked. the bathroom sink had a hard booger stuck to it with loads of hair in it so you could tell they really didn’t clean the room before our check in.

The room was non smoking and had cigarettes everywhere. The room was not cleaned, the toilet was dirty and had dried pee on it. The sheets and wash rags were dirty. The night desk staff was terrible and unprofessional.

Condoms on the microwave as soon as we walked into the room. Dirty floors. Moldy bathroom. Cracked and nasty bathtub. Bathroom ceiling also leaked from the floor above and flooded the bathroom. Was on vacation with my wife and did not enjoy the stares and glares we received from the staff. Will not stay here again
