room was clean and beds were comfy, very centrally located all hotel staffs are friendly, helpful and smiley face during all time time, also we do all like exhibition section too.

One of the sinks had a cracked basin, and did not drain. The paint was chipping in a few places . The bed had uncomfortable springs , and the mini fridge was broken.

The property is in a great location . I loved the restaurant in the lobby . The art installations were beautiful. The room was very spacious and the water pressure.. yess. Lastly the city views at night . Beautiful!!!!

First night, some people in the room down the hall had a party from 2.30am to 5.30am with sane crappy song on repeat. Couldn't phone lobby as phone wasn't charged ended up using my mobile phone. Room was very dry at night but these complaints wouldn't stop me returning to 21c

We really enjoyed the location and the hotel bar/restaurant. Staff in the bar were absolutely amazing. On 3 of our 4 nights, we went down for happy hour and twice got dinner. Best steaks we had on our whole trip, US or CA. The two lads should come to Ireland on holidays, sure they'd love it.

Not really the hotels fault, but someone smoked Marijuana down the hall and it was nasty in the hallway. Not to mention, there was a baby in the room also. The hotel took care of it immediately!

The location was perfect for what we had planned for the weekend! The staff was amazing, especially Fransico! We had an issue with our room and they took care of it quickly and provided us with an upgraded room.

It could’ve been more counter space in the bathroom, and the door was extremely hard to open and close. Even though the room was handicap equipped, it would’ve been difficult to open that door if I were in a wheelchair. Also, I was surprised that there was not a coffee maker with coffee in the room.

I loved the proximity to so many things and the art gallery. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Excellent location, a little bit more attention to detail required and would be rated top class. Staff friendly, Room could do with a bit more sound proofing, but Chicago is a noisy city so not a complaint just be aware. Valet service was excellent

The gym was way to hot to work out in. There was no water available in the gym area. No TV or music in the gym area. We had the heater off in our room for two nights and still too hot for the month of December.

My only complaint was the pervasive smell of smoking in the hotel lifts but this is becoming a feature of life in Chicago and difficult to escape.

A good hotel with spacious rooms (we had a Deluxe Two Queen on 5 Floor) and a pristine bathroom centrally located at the top of the Mag Mile with a good enough selection of coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Room had plenty of storage, a seating area, mini bar and coffee machine (but no kettle) and the hotel was happy to provide ice. No restaurant as such but the adjacent Lure restaurant was open for breakfast as well as for lunch/dinner. The restaurant bar was a great place for a drink at the end of the day. We can recommend the hotel especially for those looking for a comfortable, modern hotel with a central location.
