It is way overpriced. I have never stayed anywhere you have to pay to park your own car, and you don't get complimentary breakfast for such a high price. Then you are charged $21 a night to park your own car at the hotel. You don't have a microwave in your room. The toilet paper holder kept falling apart. It was a decent hotel but not for what we paid for it.

My initial room had bugs and the window didn't close. I was moved to another room on the same floor. The room also did not have a microwave. I also think the parking charge was too expensive. In a metro area with more public transportation (NYC, Philly, DC) I can understand charging for parking. But for Dallas, where travelers are already spending money on a rental or expensive Uber for long distances, the nightly self-parking charge is too much.

The bed and room temperature were comfortable. The initial room had loud neighbors, but the second room was quiet. I liked the location.

I wasn't familiar with the area so if the hotel would offer shuttle service I think it would be a useful addition!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was so helpful from the time entering the establishment until the day we checked out! The rooms were clean and comfortable! The beakfast was delicious every morning! My sister and I enjoyed relaxing at the pool area after breakfast each morning! The entire staff was so courteous and helpful! I give the place a thumbs👍🏿 and will stay there on future trips! Thanks for the beautiful four different color long stem roses they were a lonely touch on Mother's Day!

The pool was very cold and I didn't like all the bugs that were in the pool but it's understandable being that it is a rooftop pool.

I loved the location, I was able to get to everything in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet option was great and had a good selection of food. The room was cozy and comfy and I appreciated the Mother's Day rose from the staff.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking whether we self parked or valeted! That’s crap and it should be included in the booking price or guests should at least get a head up before checking in.

The beds were absolutely terrible! The mattresses are in need of replacement. The rooms are old and worn .. they smell.

All of the staff were great! They did everything in their power to make our stay a good one. The rooms were as clean as they could make them.

As a handicap individual, I had to walk a long way causing me to be in pain and I couldn't enjoy my event like I had planned. Need to be more accommodating to the handicap. My room wasn't cleaned, and I didn't receive new towels for the next nights stay.

The parking for handicap was AWEFUL! Came for class reunion and was promised discounted parking since I already paid for a 2-night stay, it full price was taken from my $100 incidental and now I can't reach anyone for a refund.

Connecting doors between rooms is not good, and feels like Motel-standard rather than 4-star level not giving full privacy - easily hearing neighbours.

Easy check in and out. They were flexible to change my room because of noise.

Restaurant service below average. Sat outside the restaurant and was informed the waiter would serve us. He ignored us several times but waited on the family next to us. Went inside the restaurant the next day and the staff was not the best.

The wall outlets did not hold the iron, the showerhead didn't look clean and the side mirror was not usable it was more magnified than necessary.

The bed was soft and comfort, I enjoyed the view from my room. Didn't partake in the facilities but I will on my next visit.

There was a maintenance person in the first room assigned to me and I was not told that anyone was in there. This startled me when I opened the door.
