I would have liked better selection of product in bathroom I e shampoo and lotion; and more than one small bar of soap. Coffee cups could have been updated each morning

The motel is old and run down, carpets worn. No elevator. We were not asked if we were ok carry our luggage up the stairs.

I truly wish the restaurant would open at 6am for breakfast. I do a lot of traveling for work and waiting until 7am to eat usually doesn't fit my schedule. Also, the wifi needs to be upgraded to allow better connectivity throughout the Hotel. Its spotty at best and like I previously mentioned, i am there for work reasons and need good quality connectivity.

I really liked my room. It was very clean. Also, The bed was comfortable and yes I did have breakfast at the restaurant.

Whenever the heat was on, the fan produced a bad sewer-like odor. It was difficult to sleep with the odor but couldn’t turn off the heat either.

The pillows are a faux down alternative, And personally those give me neck and headaches. The shower stall is a little low for tall people. The Jets in the hot tub weren’t real strong and the water in the pool was a little cold.Coffee makers in the room. And DIRECTV with a guide. Which is very helpful.

The room was large. The beds were comfortable. The TV was decent sized. And there was lots of counter space in the bathroom area. And it was clean. The hot tub was up and running and the water was hot. They have Keurig Coffee makers in the room. And DIRECTV with a guide. Which is very helpful. The staff at the front desk was very courteous.

I would have liked to see the staff wearing masks to prevent Covid! There should be a ramp at the front entrance to allow more ease in bringing in suitcases...also to accomodate people with physical handicaps.

There was a dog.barking half the night and on the morning on one night. The second night someone in the room above us was jumping on the floor. Sounded like a kid jumping off a bed.

The single bed room had only one chair. It was on rollers & easily tipped backwards. It was very cumbersome. I retrieved a patio chair which worked much better.

Very comfortable bed. Good location. We stayed 3 nights. The table was nice sized for our breakfast groceries & other goods. We were in a courtyard room with patio chairs & small table. It was very relaxing to sit with a glass of wine by greenery.

They would not let us check in until three no earlier, unless we wanted to pay an additional $50. There was a whole wedding group that had to wait until three. So at three they had people lined up put the front doors . Could have saved themselves a lot of work if they just let people check in earlier, if the rooms were ready .

It was very noisy when people were going to their rooms. One reason I saw was that there was a large space around the door.
