Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe mattress was way too hard in both rooms. I had to sleep on pillows on top of mattress. The breakfast was not good. You had no choice in what you got and they delivered it to the room. I let them know how strange this set up is. It’s not a good way to deliver breakfast to people. They need to change this if they want ppl to stay. And I found it very expensive especially seeing it’s low season.
The room was nice. Pools are good. The gardens are lovely Staff were fantastic. And they moved me after the first nite. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They even supported me to find other accommodation for my next part of my journey by making calls etc. I was very appreciative of this.

AustraliaWe could have been advised that Spa and the gym were no longer in use. The maintenance of the 3-bedroom beachfront villa needs to improve. Lights need replacing, TV needs replacing, after 4 days of it not working, we find the screen is damaged. The doors need lubricating, and the windows need blackout curtains to prevent guests from being woken at 4am by bright sunlight.
The location was fantastic and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The Poulet baked fish was exceptional. I also liked that when we advised the staff about issues with the facilities, the issues were attended to.

AustraliaThe breakfast was poor no kitchen for hot offerings unless you wanted to make it yourself. The driveway is steep buses will pick you up from the bottom at an additional cost. The pools were closed often I thought that a rotation of cleaning schedules could have been done better.
The room was dated but clean and 5he view was amazing. The layout was different from the Web diagrams which was disappointing but bearable.

AustraliaLack of maintenance by the owners. Obviously the Chinese owners do not want to spend the money in fixing things up. Our lagoon view bungalow was having gas stove ‘tick’ issues our first night so we were placed into another room for the night. When back in our room the next day, looking forward to a spa after our say, then the spa bath taps came loose, the spa didn’t actually work (buttons faulty or something) however we still managed to enjoy a warm bath without the spa jets. That was probably the most disappointing thing considering we paid a fair bit for the added view and luxury of a spa
The location was excellent, nice easy walk into town through village streets. We had a lagoon view spa bath unit/bungalow which was brilliant, for the view it was rather pleasant and tranquil. The overall self contained kitchenette was good and bathroom/toilet was spacious. We also got the breakfast which was brilliant and plenty of food, they don’t have too much offering for coeliacs, so it was yoghurt and fruit. (Note for coeliac’s, byo bread or other as it was also hard to find something in the supermarkets, we visited 3)

Pool, size of room and lagoon views from pool and restaurant were all lovely. Staff were very friendly, restaurant meal (massive steaks) and in room breakfasts all great.

AustraliaQuite a steep incline to walk up to the road to get a bus or walk to town. Unable to swim in the Lagoon. We stayed following the two cyclones in March so understandably the resort was not fully functioning. The restaurant was not open every night and the food was ordinary.
Staff were great. Good breakfast delivered daily, toaster, kettle and microwave in each room. Spacious rooms. We had beach front which was lovely and accessible.

Australiasecurity was my main concern - I had my AirPods and phone chargers stolen from my room by maintenance workers (later returned), and my room key disappeared with no a reasonable explanation. the key was never found and locks were not changed. some articles of clothing went missing and I left a note for housekeeping to enquire about it. they were returned the next day without an answer, but then disappeared the next day and were never found again. i also had to ask multiple times for my aircon and fan to be fixed, and the fridge was not super functional, causing some food to spoil.
the staff were so friendly and helpful, and accomodating. booked amazing trips for us, and taxis/buses. full of good recommendations. delicious good. i like the room, but a few things needed be fixed. there are kayaks there for everyone to use free of charge, and incredible spots of relax by the pool with a good book.
