Accommodation is literally in town, amenities are a stone throw away and the service was very exceptional. You are catered for should you need to check in after hours at no extra charge and also the cabins are neat and clean.. Hot water constantly available which was a win for me as well

The gate is manual. You have to get out of the car to open and close.

The cabins and the yard are very clean. Everything you will ever need is provided. The stuff is friendly. The environment is very quiet and closer to most of the places of interest. I will definitely come back.

Gate needs to be lockable. Remove carperts from rooms as there is too much dust.Cob webs were all over the rooms,rooms need dusting

The Wi-Fi was on-and-off but nothing serious

Perfect location. The location gives easy access to all tourist attractions along the Panorama Route, it is actually at the center of everything we wanted to see . The house was clean, spacious and the place is peaceful.

The kitchen curtain and the dirty swimming pool .

We loved everything except there's no privacy in the living room,The kitchen curtains are transparent you can see everything inside when the light is on. The swimming pool looks big on profile but small and dirty in live.

Kitchen was great, good hot water. Openview TV, area looks safe, low to no noise, shops nearby.

There were 3 things that were dissapointing due to us visitng as part of a holiday, however they should not be considered as deal breakers 1) there is no electric motor on the access gate and no security or staff member controlling access to the property so you would need to climb out your car come rain (what we had) or shine and open and close yourself as you come and go 2) the stove inside the cabin is gas which is great however only one plate was working 3) the biggest upset for us was you CANNOT braai at your cabin when it rains or the weather is miserable as there is no cover at all and both you and the braai are exposed to all elements

The place is very unique and something completely different, we loved the concept and it felt like a proper cabin in the woods. The cleanliness of the place on arrival was 5 star and the owner is very friendly and accomodating Although there were dissapointments its worth the visit and experience

It was a bit cold but there was a heater available. I arrived at night and struggled a bit to find the numbers on the chalets and almost opened the wrong house 2x.

I made a last minute booking and was very happy this was possible. The place is very spacious and has everything you need

Gate needs to be fixed, pool and renovation for certain stuff on the rooms.

Wifi is only available at communal areas. With the rainy season it would have helped to have wifi in the cabin

the location was great for our needs, very central but quiet and secluded. restaurants and shopping opportunities in walking distance although there are other cottages very close by we felt private

Everything was exceptional except for the swimming pool, so I could not swim.

Otherwise everything else was excellent, location, privacy and size of the house, also some extra kitchen stuff

The swimming pool was not clean and their bedding wasn't clean enough and they don't have backup for load shedding.

What we liked the most was that most of the activities were nearby and even the restaurants and we did enjoy our stay.

I battled to find a plug in my room, but at least could charge my phone in the kitchen. I would have liked to have some coffee in the house. A light for loadshedding would have been welcome.

The look and feel of the house. The pool was clean and welcoming. The close proximity to the shop.
