He recommended places to visit, gave us tips on how to get around the city in the best way and even got us very good tickets to a night show. The staff. I had an emergency issue and they swooped right in to help. I have grown children of my own and yet they still took care of me like I was theirs. Their kind words, care and concern for their guests could not be better. In my book it makes this a 5 star property.

this hotel is amazing, beautiful and confortable. the staff was kind and super helpful, always willing to help. The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is both lively and quiet enough to rest. Gilles is a wealth of knowledge and graciously held our luggage after checkout (thank you). The breakfast is made with love.

Very close to Aeroparque airport, just 15min ride, useful for late or earlier flights. Normal check out, at 12:00, when majority have at 10:00. Flexibility to take breakfast, up to 15:00! This was very nice, as we arrived at 00:30 after a long day due to flight cancellations, so we could have a late breakfast at 11:00.

The check in was quick and simple, the location is amazing and easy to find, and the apartment was more than alright. I got the apartment on the 34th floor with an amazing view. Also, there are nice restaurants at the ground floor and only couple of minutes walking.
