Everything. The staff/owner took time to make sure everything was great for you. The chef would come and ask if everything was fine with the food he had prepared. All these little things add up. A great experience.

View from room was amazing of all 3 bridges. Room is a decent size but not huge for a King room. Good shower but it did leak a little. This wasn't a problem as we just used the towels provided. Breakfast was lovely and overall service from staff members was fab. Staff also helped sort out a taxi at short notice for us. This is our 2nd stay with Hilton at Queensferry and we would definitely return in future again.
