Fantastic setting and the ambiance in the bar area and restaurant was superb. The food was to a very high standard as well and not too pricey

Our room was excellent. The beds was so comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed are stay here. The breakfast was lovely and we didn’t have to wait for it . We could just get everything ourselves which is good if you were in a hurry to go somewhere.

The staff were really welcoming and very attentive. The sink in our room was leaking and they came to look at it and said they couldn't fix it. But they just sold the last room, they went away to speak to the manager and the manager had given us a free upgrade to a townhouse about 1 minute walk away as an apology. We were very very happy, the townhouse was absolutely stunning! Couldn't find a fault! A lot of reviews said about the noise but I didn't hear anything through the night. (You do get earbuds though but we didn't use them). Very good for the money too!

Loved everything about it. The staff were very helpful and kind as always. Phoenix the member of staff on the front desk during the evening is an absolute credit to the company. Very warm welcome and very happy to help. Thanks for another great stay
