Exceptional experience! I really liked the bed and how comfy it was! I had to use table for work and it was equipped with usb sockets and it was really smart! The cleanness was perfect! The most important thing about this hotel was problem solving. They cannot see you any upset and do their best to make you happy and comfortable. I was supported by Ms Agustina Massaccesi who was a bliss during our stay. She helped us meet all of our needs and even beyond. The location of the hotel is superb because it is very near to almost all key attractions of London, and you can do that on foot from this hotel. For farther places you can use the underground metro which is 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks.
