An intimate, boutique hotel with excellent service, attention to detail and quirky extras that are rarely seen.

first class service and attention to detail was impeccable

This is an unusually nice and pleasant small hotel. My wife and I have stayed in many other famous 5 star hotels on business and private travels. Many have large posh lobbies and some have nice views but we would struggle to remember one where we were better treated. If you seek a fancy spa and gymn you might miss something but if you appreciate a cozy club-like atmosphere and an excellent service off the main stream then this is your place. Adequate rooms, an opulent (non buffet-like) breakfast, a charming little roof terrace and club lounge, and above all a super-attentive, forthcoming and eager-to-assisst professional staff - around the clock. In the 4 days of our stay we probably met like a dozen staff member, everyone a different individual but no one fell short of these qualities - very rare! Thanks and best regards from us and our children.

The room was very spacious and well designed. The luxury toiletries were a nice touch. I was greeted with a glass of bubbly and snacks upon check-in. The evening treats were delicious. The breakfast was fantastic. The proximity to attractions is a bonus.

This is a residents only hotel with a roof terrace. They specialize in 'service' so nothing was too much trouble. There is a mini buffet with free treats all day and evening which was fabulous and a great curry restaurant in the next door partner hotel. Staff were wonderful

This is a gem in London. Phenomenal service. Beautiful rooms. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay, great location and handy for transport to get around London. The hotel has a great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was really good with excellent choices. Will definitely go again

The customer service was key. Friendly polite and helpful what ever time. Did the right thing to inform one to get the most of the stay; including warning on the safety of travel in a crowed area. The room was top class, beds changed regularly, but polite friendly staff. That was the key.

Staff very both attentive and pleasant. Facilities were good, although a fair walking distance for my partner, who is recovering from a foot operation. Had both Porter and Valet services which we appreciate more and more at our age

Everything was perfect! Incredible room. Attentive staff. Fabulous breakfast.
