The Staff are very courteous and friendly . Arrived at the place very early and we were accommodated by Mr. John Mark Frias and his staff for early check-in and even upgraded our Family Room to 2 Bedroom Suite with no extra charge. He even offered us an alternative option to see the Japanese Garden while waiting for our room which actually a great idea. I really like the serenity and calmness of it.

This place give you there own marinated Chicken and you just have BBQ so that was best and easiest BBQ I had otherwise it took ages to burn coal. Peace and lovely environment.

As a family of 4 ( 2 kids) we enjoyed our stay, the hotel room was on a higher floor which gave us a great view with a balcony..the weather was amazing little cold at night and early morning.. if visiting genting highlands again for sure we will rebook it.. shuttle bus was a big help to reach cable car and go to skyhigh land.. keep working for late hours 11 or 12 pm Side note: cable car and shuttle bus function from 7 am but premium outlet and Cafe opens at 10 am but there 2 markets you can buy a quick sandwich from..

Very comfortable pillows, excellent staff who goes the extra mile to ensure the guests are happy. Comfortable weather with mist that you expect from Genting because this hotel is at the same altitude as the theme park (unlike those 4.5km away from Genting Highlands which are about 5°C hotter even at night)
