We cannot recommend this place enough! Elisabeth and all the staff were absolutely amazing!! The rooms were cozy, warm, and very clean! Breakfast every mornings, free drinking water, and unlimited coca and muña tea. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from beautiful San Blas and the historic centre but still in a quiet area! Honestly, you will not regret it! We will not stay anywhere else if we go back to Cusco! Thanks for everything!!

We had a great 4 night stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean, so was the facilities. Walking distance to the plaza and stores. Staff were super nice, attentive and friendly, that was the best part of our stay. No A/C but the cold weather is enough.

Ideally located on the edge of San Blas and within easy walking distance of Plaza Aramas. Staff couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are well fitted out and the breakfast is very nice. Takeout breakfast provided for early starts. Highly recommend

The room was amazing in a great location! The hotel was beautiful. renovated nicely. We had the 1 bedroom suite overlooking the little plaza. Beautiful! The Staff were great! So cheerful welcoming and friendly. The people of cusco were so warm and nice. The food was outstanding. Breakfast buffet was pretty good as well.
