Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Great quality of buffet, friendly staff, big comfortable room, amazing pool tempreture, water dispenser conveniently located on the beach, beatiful hotel, huge shower and bathtub, coffee machine in the room and great selection of teas in the room. Complimentary sauna and steam room.

Perfect location, a few steps from the promenade, close to everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable, a view (19th floor) was amazing. Swimming pool was also great. Profesional and friendly staff, especially Ms Paula from the reception, and also Faisal and Islam from housekeeping. They took care that our stay was comfortable and nice.

Am ajuns la hotel undeva seara la ora 11 , am ramas in hotel doar pentru 3 ore. Consider ca pentru doar cateva ore este un hotel potrivit . Patul a fost curat, In camera a fost apa, ceai, cafea, ceea ce a fost folositor pentru noi. Am avut parcare, Personalul a fost ajutator.

RECOMAND 👍👍👍 Totul a fost OK, amplasare hotel, amabilitatea personalului de la RECEPȚIE, amabilitatea personalului de la RESTAURANT (ospătari, bucătari), curățenie în camera a fost făcută zilnic. Camera și baia au fost foarte mari, conform precizărilor. Mulțumesc ECHIPEI 72 Hotel Sharjah!
