I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were just super after whole day skiing, they are not new, but clean. The owners are friendly and you can tell that they value its customers.

The Zigen House features a traditional tavern with an open fireplace and en-suite rooms offering views of the Pirin Mountain. I had a double room and when I got there I updated to grand suite, which was amazing. It was my second there. The family is really nice, I had breakfast everyday, which was very good. Just what you need before going skiing. It's warm all the time in the house, except during the day, when probably they lower the temps a bit. But after 5 pm until the next morning it's very warm. You can find parking on the streets, it's very quiet, no loud noises, the road was recently renovated.

Very nice and cozy place, room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and wide enough. The is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.
