The Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa is a historic five-star hotel located in the heart of Bern, Switzerland. Hotel was located very central and we could go to different cities from there as our base. Staff were amazing and curtious. I will go back again soon.

Hotel & Bistro Pêle-Mêle enjoys a central location in Bern, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town and 200 metres from the well-known Bear Pit. In the heart of the city. Vintage, clean hotel, with a healthy, French style breakfast, super coffe and fantastyc staff. There is a huge car parking area in the front of the Hotel, if you travel by car. Hope we will be back.

This traditional 5-star palace hotel occupies an elegant Art Nouveau building dating from 1913, located in the heart of Bern next to the Federal Parliament. Special thanks to Georgious and all the staff at the reception! Thank you very much for being so attentive! The hotel itself is great, wonderful location and classic style.

Set within the Baroque-style centre of Solothurn, Boutique Hotel La Couronne is one of the oldest hotels of Switzerland and was completely renovated in 2016. The staff is very friendy and helpful. They are very pet friendly. Hotel is beautiful and location is perfect. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Set in the very heart of the scenic village of Balsthal, Hotel Balsthal is conveniently located 3 km from the A1 motorway. Great hotel, beautiful interior, polite and friendly staff. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, spacious rooms, private free parking, good internet and great croissants for breakfast!

The Holiday Inn Bern-Westside is located in the new district of Bern-Brünnen, just an 8-minute train ride from the Bern Main Station. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer free WiFi. Location is 5star . It was clean and staff are very good .

Goldener Schlüssel is the oldest hotel in Berne’s Old Town; located just a few metres from the Zytglogge tower, it offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, a traditional restaurant and stylish rooms. Great location right in the old town. Short walk to train station. Comfortable warm room. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Have stayed here on a number of occasions. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sternen Muri is located in the suburb of Muri, 6 km from the centre of Bern. The restaurant has a terrace and serves Swiss and international cuisine and fine wines. Clean, quiet, onsite restaurant with tasty food (and amazing gelato!). Varied and filling breakfast. Fantastic, friendly staff. You also get a free travel card which takes you into Bern centre, which is 16 minutes on the bus. We stayed in the new block which has great air conditioning. Also, they have a variety of pillows for you to choose from, which was a nice touch. Overall an extremely relaxing hotel which made our holiday perfect. Very sad to leave, but can’t wait to return next year!

The new H4 Hotel Solothurn offers a 250 m² wellness area on the 7th floor with a sauna, a steam bath and adventure showers. The location is perfect. The center is reachable in a few minutes. My dog was greeted with the finest dog food and bowls for his convenience. The front desk staff is very friendly. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom is clean.
