Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms.... Great breakfast. Beautiful view of the lake. Easy walking distance to main square. Very friendly staff. Room was amazing and large.

Location was removed and quiet in the lovely small village of Bre'. Sara and Jackie were wonderful in providing service and being so very friendly. Access to Lugano by the funicular or bus was easy. The Bre' art community is represented throughout the village and is charming. There is an excellent restaurant, Grotto, and another opening at the B&B building operated by members of the Grotto family. Loved this accommodation.

The hotel comes with a beautiful view over Lago Maggiore. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly and nice. Totally recommend it.
