Situato nei pressi della città di Schmallenberg, all'interno del Parco Naturale di Rothaargebirge, il 4 stelle Hotel Jagdhaus Wiese, a conduzione familiare, offre camere eleganti, una piscina coperta... I booked late and arrived late after a 14km hike! The kitchen was already closed, but they still made me a light meal! Ibwas only there for one night, but everything looked so good and the people were very helpful! The breakfast was very good, but as i've been to many hotels, the breakfast was standard for that kind of pricerange, so that's still excelent but not different. It might be because i chose the stirred eggs and bacon with herbs mixed in(so not very local). The outside was very nice and clean! Eventough they(landscapers) were working outside my window i only noticed when i opened the windows. So even for a short stay this was worth the max amount of stars!

Offering ski-to-door access, Villas Winterberg are located at the Postwiese ski area in Neuastenberg, 5 km from the town centre. Definitely our favourite place in Winterberg! Long hikes during the day, and sauna, fireplace and Netflix in the evening make for a perfect autumn getaway. One evening, we had a problem with the fireplace, but it was immediately resolved by the very friendly caretaker. This was our third stay at Villas Winterberg, next year we will be back! We definitely recommend!
