Located in Sønderborg, 2.5 km away from Dybbøl Mølle, Hotel Bella Italia features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Free private parking is available on site. Very friendly, welcoming, and warm family owned hotel. Fantastic staff who are very observant and service oriented. The hotel is right in the city center just a few steps from the teater and the walking street in Sønderborg. I wouldn’t call this sweet a suite, but it was a very spacious room with nice interior , lots of closets space and a safe.

This cosy inn is in the South Jutland village of Agerskov. Dating back to the 1700s, it provides Danish cuisine and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is a historic inn in the center of a very small town. The room is basic, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. The large bed is comfortable. The young woman who staffs the reception desk was very friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. The restaurant is huge and very nice! Apparently people come from all over the region for dinner. The large breakfast buffet has every possible option and is delicious. We really liked the fact that the hotel invited guests to pack a “to go” lunch from the breakfast buffet.

Hotel Sønderborg Garni is located in Sønderborg very close to the beach. Each room here has free WiFi and is furnished with a minibar, desk and a flat-screen TV. The staff where brilliant very helpful. The room was clean and pleasant with all facility's including a tray with kettle cups tea sugar and fresh milk on request. The breakfast was full continental with everything fresh and well presented.

Situated next to Schackenborg Castle in the picturesque village of Møgeltønder, this inn dates back to 1687. Location is great and the room that we got was very spacious and lovely - we loved the old school vibes! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows and warm covers. I appreciated the option to open windows and the blinds as I like to sleep in the dark. Breakfast didn’t have tons of options but all the staples were available; eggs, sausage, bacon, rolls + yoghurt and cereal and fresh fruit. No fresh juice but bottled drinks in several flavors were pretty good!

Located in the southern Jutland town of Rødekro, this inn is 12 minutes’ drive from central Aabenraa. It offers free Wi-Fi and a restaurant with seasonal Danish cuisine. Friendly reception . Good bicycle storage inside and secure . Our room, #22 was large but without ambiance and right off the highway with traffic noise continually . Had A/C so we just kept the windows closed to decrease the noise . Our room was at the top is one of the narrowest and steepest staircases that we have experienced in a European Hotel . Only way out of the room was down the narrow stairs in an emergency or a fire . Really not a good idea or plan . Breakfast was good with several hot and cold choices .

Located in a refurbished 19th-century farmhouse, this property is on Kær Peninsula, 6 km from central Sønderborg. All rooms feature a kitchenette and a seating area. Amazing place, quite, comfortable, beautiful, old building but gorgeous, who ever said breakfas was amazing, they were wrong, it is beyond INCREDIBLE, so simple yet delicious, check-in was easy, I would recommend this place and if ever comeback will stay again and again!!!! Thank you!
