Location is great. Mattresses are super soft and gives on cloud sleep feeling. Rooms are spacious that creates relaxed mood. Coffee from capsules are great quality and kick off me for a new day start.

Tampere Maja offers accommodation in an 18th century wooden house in the heart of the Old Town of Tartu. There is a cultural club in the cellar, showing exhibitions of Estonian and Finnish art. It was a wonderful experience, a perfect price-performance match! Unlike the large hotels, this small wooden building is very cozy and with its character. The staff was very welcoming, and the breakfast was really nice. Since I was traveling by car, I appreciated the free car parking. Perfect location in the center of the city!

The Antonius is a luxurious boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Tartu, directly opposite the main building of Tartu university. Tartu Town hall is 170 metres away. Great location and very well maintained rooms. The front desk was very helpful and the breakfast made to order was delightful.

Nina Kordon Guesthouse is situated by Lake Peipsi in a quiet, calm area and offers warmly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi and a view of the lake. Wonderful guesthouse located in a small village right on the lake. Very easy to get to. Plenty of attractions in the area. The owner is a great lady. She is friendly, helped us with the suggestions on the local sightseeing, speaks several languages. The breakfast is great. There is an open bar at the house, you can take if you need anything and pay later. You can play pool (billiards) and other games. The house is very safe, clean and comfortable.

The Riia Villa is located in the city of Tartu. It offers classically appointed rooms with TV sets and free Wi-Fi. Free private parking is available. This was a pleasant surprise. The place is a little out of the way, but this leads to a very quiet neighborhood and a sound sleep. The building is nicely renovated, it had a lounge on the first and the third floor and from the looks of it, if you were travelling with little ones, they would be well taken care of. Our room was a suite which we paid 75 a night for, including breakfast. It was spacious and had everything you'd expect. As a bonus, it had an excellent view from the window, which let us enjoy new year fireworks in all their glory. The breakfast was not extensive but it was good and fresh. The owner was a very friendly fellow and an interesting person to talk to. There's free parking in the yard, so your car wouldn't be on the street either.

I loved the impressive interior- felt like living in a castle. Very unique. I was welcomed warmly by the owner. Convenient location, very quiet area and walking distance from the city centre. Overall a perfect stay! Would stay again.
