The staff is very friendly and helpful, gave us great recommendations for things to do, must visit sights and suggested some restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool with a furnished terrace, Hotel Cuevas is located on a rustic building with modern décor and that is nestled in the picturesque village of Santillana del Mar. Everything. Staff through all interactions, front desk, restaurant, etc were wonderful. Room was very comfortable and the small balcony a bonus. Wish I had more time to stay, is definitely a hotel in would return to.

Clean, comfortable and warm hotel. Beautifully decorated with comfy seating areas dotted around. The room's enclosed balcony was a real sun trap.. Friendly owners and a welcoming, cosy bar. The breakfast was exceptional with eggs, sausages, bacon, cold meat and cheese, croissants and cakes.
