Just 550m from Los Pocillos beach and 6km from the airport make Hyde Park the perfect location to go out and visit the island, enjoy or relax in Puerto del Carmen. Lovely place, really nice and helpful staff, they have everything what you need! Breakfast and buffet dinner is worth for the price, good and wide selection. there’s always parking spot. we had a wonderful time, happily recommend this place for everyone in all ages!

From the welcome I received from reception and the bell boy (that's what he called himself) to the chocolates left on my bed every evening, I thought the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and I didn't tell them and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and cake. I loved my room. it was so quiet and peaceful. It was like an oasis. I was there off peak so I don't know what my experience would be like at peak times. The floral smells from the gardens were amazing. Everywhere someone was cleaning and working. Breakfast was amazing. The choice superb. One of the reviews I read before staying here said the evening meals were limited so I didn't choose half board. However, I did use the restaurant one evening and OMG! the quality of food was amazing. The price brilliant. I ate stuff I'd never tried before. I understood what the review meant in that it's not the typical functional spread with everything laid out. There's lots of stuff laid out but you get to choose the starter and the main in addition to this from about 3 different choices a day from a menu which is then made to order and then brought to you. I loved it. My steak was divine. But I like food that's been prepared with extra detail and flair and is an experience to eat over functional style self-service eating. And you can eat those dishes how many times you want. If you're looking for Indian or Chinese takeaway type food and burgers and chips and tapas etc there are plenty of those places at Playa del Carmen which is 35 min walk away. I went and ate at a lavish looking restaurant on the strip that a friend recommended and paid double for okay food. I actually regretted leaving the hotel! If you're looking for a secluded stay where you're treated like royalty and fine dining come here. I was given five star treatment at a five star boutique hotel.

The apartments are located right next to the beach. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in great condition, spotless and well equiped.

Aqua Suites is a boutique hotel in Puerto del Carmen. This property features a swimming pool and hot tub. It is 10 walking minutes away from the beach. The staff, food and hotel were fabulous.

Exceptional breakfast. It officially starts at 8 but coffee was available much earlier, which was a great bonus for the two early birds like us.

Situated 5 minutes' walk from Playa Grande Beach in Puerto del Carmen, the Velázquez Bungalows feature a furnished terrace and some have sea views. The location was my favorite! Being by the beach and on the strip was amazing!

These modern villas are located within Lanzarote’s Marina Rubicón Port, and a 15-minute walk from central Playa Blanca. The area is very quiet and very close to the Marina where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. There are plenty of various beaches to explore nearby. This gives you plenty of options whether to stay in and just enjoy the pool or head out and go to a different beach everyday. If you are looking for tranquility, privacy, and convenience, this place has it all. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The WiFi went down and they were able to rectify it quickly.
